Last year i was able to get help from a support ticket. Now i cant get anything other than trending help topics.

fuck these guys seriously went to play apex and it wanted 2 factor ok... then never received my email to my yahoo email over the course over hours of trying and checking everything under the sun. Website wont let me in as well w/o 2 factor and no email is sent. so I try my other account under a gmail email and SUPRISE SUPRISE same dam thing I cant even open a ticket because i cant fucking log in absolutely trash system.

first of all, mind my grammar, english isn't my main language and writing this by my own it's way more sincere then using a translator

to get y'all in tone, around 2-3 months ago all of my gmail accounts were hacked, passwords, passkeys, numbers, everything changed, couldn't save any of my accounts nor any account linked to them rather than steam
the main gmail account i had in that moment even got deleted

at that point the only option i had left was to make a new gmail account and from there start all over again, youtube, reddit, twitter, roblox, EA, etc

but like a week or so ago i wanted to play the sims again, and since i made a new EA account i tried to login with it, but instead, the game automaticaly logged into my older account, since apparently, that account still existed and still had my steam account connected

since i no longer have any way of getting the mail asocciated to my older account, now im just on the berge of waiting for EA support to answer me

if the support doesn't get to help me at all, is there any way of fixing this?
i don't care about losing my older account, in fact i didn't even care about saving it because all i had in it was sims 4 and it is free after all, but having my steam account connected makes me kinda nervous honestly

I've had Battlefield 3 for over 10 years now. Played quite a lot of it and recently (few months ago) I have reported EA that I can't access my game anymore. EA support DID NOTHING to help me, and now I check my library and I DO NOT HAVE Battlefield 3 in it.

So this thing happened a couple of my computers have been hwid banned and I monitor the games personally there is no cheats/hacks involved in my computers.

Before any of you gets to speculate that it was probably cheaters or stuff like that I have a theory.

I think because of multiple accounts logging in to same computer over and over it somehow flagged it and banned the device? Could it be possible.

A client appealed on his account but it was rejected.

I’m posting here because EA Support's website is completely running me in circles and I cannot get through to a real person to fix an absurd account mapping issue. I need advice, or hopefully a community manager here can point me to the right escalations team.

Years ago, I created an EA Account and linked it to my main mobile profile. After a week or so, I suddenly lost access to the EA login side of things. I didn't pay too much attention to it back then because my mobile game kept working, but now I’m completely stuck.

Today, I tried logging into the EA site using the official "Sign in with Google" button using my primary Gmail. Instead of logging me in, it brought me to a "Verify your identity" page.

Here is the insane part: The email it is trying to send the verification code to is *******@otrimail.com.

I have never heard of this domain in my life. After looking it up, it turns out it’s a disposable/burner email service. Somehow, either due to a massive backend system glitch when I first linked the account years ago or a security breach back then, my Google ID is mapped to an EA profile controlled by a temporary burner email address.

Because FC Mobile doesn't let you manually unlink an EA ID from the app, my years of ultimate team progress are permanently held hostage by a verification checkpoint I can never pass.

Has anyone ever dealt with EA mapping a legitimate Google ID to a random temp-mail domain? Is there any specific link, Twitter handle, or guest ticket method that actually gets a human advisor who can manually clear this invalid email and bind it to my real Gmail? Any help or visibility on this would be massively appreciated.

hi all! i just got a new laptop because my old one was begging to be put down, and i downloaded ea and got all of my Sims 4 packs back, but luxury party stuff. i don’t understand why, but on my new laptop it says i need to buy it even though i own it. i tried clicking purchase to see if it was glitched and would give it to me for free because i own it, that didn’t work. i’ve restarted ea, ive gotten in and out of the sims, ive reset the new laptop, nothing has worked. what can i do?

Edit: i just found that my kits and free maker packs are also not installed, but in TS4 marketplace it shows a download button, luxury party stuff does not show that button. UI cheats is downloaded but i literally just updated it like 3 minutes ago lol. if anybody has a fix to this problem, id love to hear it.

My EA SPORTS account got hacked this morning, and my password was changed. When I try to reset it, I never receive the email. It just never shows up in my inbox.

So recently when I tried playing apex legends, or anything ea, it says “it’s been a while since we’ve seen you, so your login credentials have expired, you need to reset you password, we sent a password reset to : (email I don’t have access to), so, I did what they told me, updated the email by logging in through my Xbox account on the website so it’d send it to the new email instead, but, once again, it keeps trying to send it to the email I don’t have access too, I’ve tried contacting support. But it just keeps giving me an ai that refuses to let me to speak to a real person, it’s been years since I’ve been able to play anything ea, how do o fix this ?

Attempting to install EA app but when I get to a certain spot it crashes out and I get a pop up from Windows Secutiy that it was blocked. I tried with chatgpt and other materials to fix it but sadly unsuccesful.

Things I tried to do:

- exluded it in the virus & protection in windows security + running it as administrator

- Unblocking it in Properties

- chatgpt made me go to some CodeIntegrity and look up the Event Properties - will attach screenshots.

I had the EA app and I reinstalled windows like a month ago and decided to play some games and ran into this issue. Anyone have any suggestions for me to try out?

I bought Spore on DVD in 2008 for €50, and I still have the original disc, product code and purchase receipt.

I recently tried to play it again, only to find that I can’t get past the online ownership verification. With the game’s online services no longer available, I can’t verify my ownership and launch the game.

I contacted EA support, hoping they could help.
Instead, things got even more frustrating:

EA confirmed that my game code is registered to an old EA account linked to a Hotmail address I deleted years ago.

The account has apparently been disabled due to inactivity.

Reactivating it requires verification through that old email address, which I can no longer access.

I offered to provide the original DVD, product code and purchase receipt, but the support agent said they couldn’t reactivate the account or escalate the case.

So, after buying this game almost 20 years ago, I still own the physical copy and can prove my purchase, but I’m effectively locked out because of an inaccessible email address and an online verification system I can’t get past.

I understand the need to protect accounts, but surely there should be an alternative way to verify ownership for someone who can provide the original proof of purchase.

Has anyone managed to recover an EA account disabled for inactivity without access to the original email? Is there a way to get this escalated or have ownership verified manually?

I’d really appreciate advice from anyone who has successfully dealt with this situation.

To me, this is another example of how video game ownership is changing for the worse. You can pay full price for a game, keep the physical copy for nearly two decades, and still lose access because of account systems, online services and corporate policies beyond your control.

Dites moi si je suis le seul dans ce cas mais EA ne sers vraiment à rien quand il s'agit d'écouter leurs joueurs et de prendre les mesures adapter à la situation ou je me trompe.

J'ai subi un piratage de mon compte il y a quelques temps et j'ai heureusement pu le récupérer il y a 1 semaine. Pendant la phase de récupération on m'informe que j'ai un bannissement en cours et que je devrais faire appel.

La personne qui a pirater mon compte s'est taper un délire de cheat sur ApexLegends avec mon compte. Bien sûr j'essaie quand même d'expliquer ma situation via les dossiers de sanctions mais non ils me disent que la sanction est justifier et au bout de 3 appels comme tout humain normalement constituer j'ai commencer à perdre patience en leur demandant de faire le boulot qu'ils sont censés faire et je me retrouve aujourd'hui avec un compte verrouiller par "sécurité".

Je suis à court d'idée et vu que tout seul ils ne veulent pas écouter j'espère avoir assez de "vu" histoire de leur mettre un peu la pression malgré l'entreprise en pleine down qu'ils sont depuis quelques années.

I recently bought a brand-new Logitech G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE gaming mouse.

Less than a week later, my Apex Legends account was permanently banned. (Screenshot attached.)

And just like that, an account I had spent years building was gone.

Let me make one thing absolutely clear: I have NEVER used cheats, hacks, scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in Apex Legends. My account has over 3,000 hours of playtime, multiple heirlooms, legendary skins, cosmetics, and years of accumulated progress. It would make absolutely no sense for me to even consider cheating and risk losing everything I've invested so much time, effort, and money into.

The only significant change to my gaming setup recently was purchasing the Logitech G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE mouse.

And now my account has been banned for allegedly violating the rules against "Improving the gameplay."

I genuinely have no idea what I did wrong.

I've already submitted an appeal to EA, and it's currently under review.

But after spending hours reading similar stories on Reddit, EA forums, and other websites, I discovered something pretty depressing: many players claim their accounts were never unbanned, even after multiple appeals.

I sincerely hope my case doesn't end the same way.

Because losing an account you've spent years building, without even understanding what you're being accused of, is genuinely heartbreaking.

And I have a question for Logitech.

If there's even a possibility that your new SUPERSTRIKE technology, drivers, or G HUB software could trigger false positives in anti-cheat systems, why weren't customers warned about it?

How is an ordinary player supposed to know that buying a premium gaming mouse could potentially put years of gaming progress at risk?

I'm not claiming to have proof that the mouse caused my ban. But the timing raises serious questions, and I believe this situation deserves an investigation.

Logitech, could you please investigate whether the G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE might be triggering false positives in Apex Legends' anti-cheat system?

EA / Respawn, please conduct a manual review of my account. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for a fair investigation and an explanation of why my account was banned.

I've had FC27 for a couple of weeks and have played it in that time. I tried to play today and got asked to verify myself, but the email it's sending codes to isn't mine. I've logged in online, checked the 2FA settings - which shows the correct email - but the problem won't go away. This is insane. I've had to delete my account and now have 5 days until i have any chance of figuring this out.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I have an EA Account with a very old e-mail address and the server had been shit down. So I got no access to this one. Also, I don't had forgotten the password. Now EA changed my e-mail address. So far so good. But my PlayStation account is still linked to the old e-mail and since then it asks me always to reset or to enter the password... how can I solve that problem without losing any stats or my account.

So this is my 2nd post about this and i have posted on EA forums with no luck.. no reply whatsoever from anyone at EA..

I havent been able to play the game i paid for for about 2 weeks now... The game wont open through steam.. when I hit play it will do the anti cheat thing it does and the it just shuts off... I used to get an error once in awhile but now that doesnt even show anymore..

I downloaded the EA app as well since a post online says that could help it. It did let me launch the game there one time but after I closed out when I was done playing I couldnt even get the EA app to launch..

Its been 2 weeks now since this started. I was able to play the game perfectly fine until then.. Not sure what happened. I have tried all the fixes I found on EA forums and online but nothing works as a permanent fix. It would let me play sometimes but when I am done playing and close out the game would not launch again.

Anyone got any idea on how I can fix this? EA wont respond at all... they are pissing me off.

I recently logged onto the ea app and everything I’ve ever owned (barring one copy of fc25) is gone. For reference I’ve had the account since 2015 and migrated it over from origin years ago without issue.

I contacted support initially and provided all my details in which they said they were not able to verify the account with the details I shared and that I was “very close” to the correct details. For reference I provided live screenshots of my browser with the account, my account library, phone numbers, email, linked accounts, and recent purchases.

They told me to reach out to support again and try to revalidate. I’ve been waiting for an agent to respond for 40 mins now and I have no clue what to do.

Any suggestions?

Hey all, I've been going down a rabbit hole trying to reinstate my EA account. Somewhere around 2014, with no warning or even a reason, my account got banned, and I was unable to continue using that account.

Fast forward to today, I decided to take a look at the different forums as it seems I may have been subject to an unjustified Permaban. Once I started looking at the different ways to appeal it, I ended up going to the Penalty History section, and lo and behold, I have no violations or appeals on my account. Literally spent hundreds of dollars back in 2014 buying different games and accumulating them in my library. While I can still play them (or at least some of them), I was never able to continue building my collection.

I need someone to direct me on what the best way to move forward is as I don't feel comfortable leaving this alone anymore LOL.

EDIT: Ok, to answer some of your comments: Yes, I appealed at that time in 2014 and was denied, I then appealed back in 2017, but it was rejected as well. It seems slimy that my account shows no violations or any form of appeal, yet has been permanently banned. I don't necessarily think that it will get fixed, but I wanted to get people's take on it.
