Conditional license

NY Conditional License Approval Advice

(27 F, NYS) My NY license is currently revoked, but my revocation period has expired. I've paid part of my DRA and completed both the IDP and VIP programs. I'm also currently on parole. I'm hoping to apply for a conditional license and would appreciate advice from anyone who's been through this process in NY. What are my chances of getting approved, and is there anything else I need to do before applying?

I only want my conditional atm.
