I've used my own launcher every day for months, and it's now ready for other people. The top of its home screen holds small tiles, and each one comes from a rule you set up: a few conditions and what should appear while they hold. When the rule stops holding, the tile goes away. Nothing is predicted or learned; if a tile is there, you put it there.

Hi, solo dev from Korea here. Sync has been on iPhone for a while and just came out on Android, so I'd love some fresh eyes on it.

The idea is simple. You plan your day in the morning, log what you actually did, and the two sit side by side on the same timeline. After a week it gets pretty obvious which hours always slip.

When a planned block ends, a notification asks if you did it, and you can tap "Record as planned" right there without opening the app. The home screen widget does the same.

Workouts and sleep from Health Connect fill in the actual track on their own (read-only), and your calendar events show up under the plan. There are also repeats, habits, weekly/monthly goals, and a timer you can start from a Quick Settings tile.

No account and no server. Everything stays on your phone, and you can export your records to a file.

Pricing: free for 7 days, then a one-time lifetime pass if you want to keep adding new records. Viewing, editing and exporting stay free. No subscription, no ads.

Hey. I’ve been working on an Android app called Snatch Alarm and it’s finally on the Play Store.

You add people by username and you can see each other’s alarms. Honestly I think that part is as fun as the sound part. If you want, you open your alarm for recording, and then they record the sound that wakes you up. A song, a joke, a quick “get up”. You don’t know what it is until it rings.

It’s not just for friend groups. It works the same with your partner, your sibling or your roommate.

The other person doesn’t even need the app. You share your alarm as a link on WhatsApp or Instagram, and whoever opens it can record a sound for you right in the browser. No download, no sign up.

Setting alarms, adding people, seeing their alarms and recording for theirs is free. Opening your own alarm for recording is Premium, and that includes links. On mobile, Sudoku apps are often the worst offenders — full-screen ads between puzzles, hint packs, streaks, “watch this to continue.” I wanted something I could open on the bus or before bed and actually stay in the puzzle.

Just Sudoku was my answer. Same idea as our other “Just…” games: no ads, no subscriptions, no coins, no reward videos. You land on a grid, not a shop.

Why it might be interesting if you’re tired of the same 9×9 forever:
