Can’t go wrong with a good steak at Longhorn 😋

Made some chilli, garlic mustard seeds cumin seed ghee, ran that through a dough with nigela seeds. Added a layer of ghee as the base, then slapped some left over chicken Mahkni on it. The yoghurt was half plain yoghurt and the last of the ghee after strained.

Needed a whole ounce of paprika, but only had about 20 grams. I supplemented with cumin, it’s a great addition. Obviously need mashed potatoes with green peas.

Made some gnocchi with rick yolk eggs and parsley, boiled then pan fried in brown butter. infused some cream with shallots and a bulb of garlic. Strained off and added some cheddar spread and a shit ton of creamy blue cheese. Bit of gnocchi water to emulsify it all.

Still recouping from the flu, so i made this soup for the 1st time. I don't have the correct bowls, but I ordered some. In order to melt the cheese and toast the baguette slices, I toasted the baguette at 400° for about 5 minutes on a cookie sheet, then when crisp, I removed them and set the broiler to heat. I put the cheeses over the baguette rounds and let them sit while the oven was heating (my oven is over 20 years old it takes a bit). After the broiler was hot, I put them back in on the cookie sheet, and ladled my soup into a bowl, when cheese was melted I slid off the cookie sheet onto the soup! It worked well! The soup is delicious if I do say so myself! I took several recipes and made my own due to being allergic to thyme.

Daughter loves beef bowls… so I whipped this up real quick!

Took a boring 4 queso pizza from boring to elevated and professional looking by adding pineapple and more cheese. Wife absolutely loved it

Chuck roast, creamy mash and carrots. Braised for 3 hours. Needless to say it was amazing!
