Debian & Easy Anti Cheat v2

I know that this is not necessary and interesting for everyone, but... how will things be on Debian? Will the anti-cheat work with Nvidia dkms driver from nvidia cuda?

Not sure anyone using Linux will enable Secure Boot and then install a rootkit Epic/Microsoft signed kernel, kernel module and bootloader with access to Secure Boot and the bootloader just so that Fortnite or Lol will work with full access to your data.

To close the gap for Linux, we are rebuilding our Linux anti-cheat implementation into EAC Linux v2. We will bring the level of protection much closer to par with Windows, in the very near-term, using existing Linux features including signed kernel, signed kernel modules, and secure boot with attestation.

It's not an Epic signed kernel. They're accepting the standard kernels from Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian, and others in a list on that link you provided. The only thing Epic provides is an eBPF binary which does run in the kernel but doesn't have quite the same level of risk as a kernel module.

To clarify are you talking about EAC which runs inside of Steam's environment, or running the game some other way? Is it for a game where the EAC is known to have been enabled for Linux?

I dont think Debian team has shown interest in that.. As per Info in different forums,Only CachyOS ,Fedora,Ubuntu,Nobara,Pika,Endeavour have reached out or working with Epic Team to make this EACv2 work in their respective distro..CachyOS & Fedora already made Github Commits for that..
