IBM Entry-Level Software Developer Interview Timeline After Passing Initial Screening

I got this email 10 days ago saying “Your profile has successfully passed the initial screening stage” after completing my OA for an entry-level software developer role in Canada. What timeline should I realistically expect for an interview? Is there still a good chance of getting one, or should I not get my hopes up.

For internship role, i got an interview invite around 6 weeks after receiving this screening email

Still waiting to hear back, it was a 60 mins behavioral+technical with the manager and 2 engineers
