New Flairs!
Greetings! Your mod team has made 3 flairs for you to attach to your posts. So far we have 3 flairs. Advice, Finished Project, and Frog it? .
But we want to make this subreddit as engaging as possible. So we're asking the community.
Do you have an idea for Flairs you'd like to have for your posts?
Let us know and we'll consider some of them!

Should I unravel it 😩
This is my first time working with mini yarn and I've been crocheting only through the back loop not knowing you're supposed to go through both and I finished this head to an EV crochet I'm making and it took me like a week so I'm debating whether I unraveling and do it the right way or make the other parts just like I did the head?

I crocheted a squid and a triceratops.
They didn't come out quite as multicoloured as I had hoped, but I think that they are still very sweet.
What do you all think of them?

Shorts? Someday…
galleryHave an account on Ribblr (which Btw if you’re not on it, it’s got some real cute stuff). I decided at the start of the summer that I wanted to make these shorts (pic 1). I decided, however, to not use yarn, but to use crocheting thread (pic 2) that I inherited or bought at goodwill (idk where it came from anymore I’ve had it for so long). This required me to make far more pieces to connect (4:1 ratio). I FINALLY finished the last square last night (pic 3) I’m hopeful it won’t take much longer, but I also hate connecting granny squares (feel free to ask why I decided to the do project when I hate doing this….i don’t have an answer). Long story long, what’s your favorite way to connect granny squares? Tia 😂

How do I preserve the memory?
galleryMy grandma passed away a year ago and my parents left me with her final afghan crochet project. It is an Annie’s club crochet mandala afghan and it’s 60% complete. I have reservations about just completing fully but I want to give the completed afghan back to my parents. I’m open to suggestions on what I should do. I have thought about maybe putting in a stitch line of what was hers vs what was mine but I’m not sure. Photo one is what I have from her and photo two is what it should look like finished.

Made my 2nd project today 🧶🫶🏻 twist headband. Details in body…
galleryUsed a 4.5 hook, half double crochet in the back loop. On the edges I use both loops to create a more sturdy line.

I can’t get over how cute these are
I know they’re so simple, but they just look so cute. Should I attempt to make a garland before Halloween?

is there a fiber arts shop that carries like... everything?
soooo I crochet, I'm learning to knit, i have a drop spindle i'm playing with and I keep eyeing weaving. Apparently i can't stop collecting fiber hobbies 😅 The problem is I have bookmarks at six different shops because nowhere carries yarn AND spinning fiber AND weaving supplies AND tools for all of it.
Is there a fiber art shop that has genuine range across the crafts? My bookmark bar is getting ridiculous 🧶

Fairy dragon 🧚♀️🐉
galleryI designed some fairy wings for my Wearable Pet Dragon! I'm so so pleased with how they came out 🥰 They're basically designed like mandalas and look extra cool with bigger hooks. Originally I thought I could make one and flip it for the other side but I felt like there was a clear right and wrong side so I did a separate design for the second one. It took some mental gymnastics to reverse the little curls 😅 And I made little antennae instead of horns!
I also love this yarn so much. It's Loops & Threads Impressions (I don't remember the colorway off the top of my head). It ended up being so perfect for a fairy dragon 🧚♀️🐉
