You need a new joystick, its a super easy swap with just screwdrivers and tweezers. You should be able to get a hall effect set off Amazon for a few bucks

Replacing joysticks is pretty easy, they're around 8-10€ the pair on Amazon. Then follow a tutorial on how to open it and replace it.
