I have about an Oz of thc isolate powder i bought a few months ago because it was cheap. I've been topping bowls with it, but can I use it for carts? I've tried mixing it with terps and liquidizer but it always ends up really Sandy feeling. Is it possible to get this powder to melt down and mix with liquid terps and stay a liquid? I tried decarbing in the oven, but still got the same consistency.
