Hello everyone. I’d like to share a brief story from my first chapter to see how others react to it. The drawing was one of the pages from a previous version of the first chapter.

I’m not a writer, so my prose is simple. I already have someone lined up to flesh out the dialogue, but as I mentioned, I’m interested to hear what you think of the core concept I’ve come up with.

The story’s protagonist, Omnis, lives with her sister in a small village within the Abyss. Like all the villagers, Omnis belongs to a race of demons. She works as a florist, earning her living by cultivating flowers and selling them - sometimes locally, and sometimes in a small town a three-day journey from her home village.
The story begins as her sister (who needs a name) prepares to marry and undergo the "Merging." The Merging results in offspring, but it costs the lives of both the male and female demons who perform it. Omnis is deeply troubled and anxious for her sister; however, since this practice has been carried out by demons for thousands of years - and is the only way for them to produce offspring - it is considered a standard part of life. Thus, with a heavy heart, Omnis sees her sister off.
A couple of days before the Fusion, something highly unusual occurs: an elven airship arrives. Elves and demons have been at war for millennia, yet for this tiny village on the edge of the Abyss, the arrival of actual, living elves is unprecedented. Before the villagers can react, the leader of the elves - accompanied by his wife - speaks up. They explain that they have come in peace and, despite the eternal hatred between their races, are asking for help. Their young son is gravely ill, and only a treatment known to the demons can save him. After a long deliberation, the demons decide to assist. The village elder assures the elves that they will help, though it will take a few days to prepare the remedy.
A day passes. Omnis, her sister, and her sister’s fiancé get to know the elves. The encounter is icy; both sides harbor deep distrust and treat one another with extreme coldness. One of the elves mentions that demons have historically hunted and consumed members of other races - including elves - a fact that no one attempts to deny. In the end, Sister Omnis hopes for the best and that the conflict will soon be resolved.
Day two. Omnis meets the elves’ son and one of the crew members from their ship (an elf who needs a name). Unlike the other elves, he is more favorably disposed toward demons.
Day three. Ingredients for a medicine are running low. Omnis volunteers to retrieve more from a dangerous location, hoping that if she finds what is needed, the elves will leave sooner. The elf from the ship’s crew - the one she spoke with the day before - accompanies her. During their journey, they share a few conversations that foster, if not a friendship, at least a sense of mutual tolerance. It could be framed in a way that leads the player or reader to suspect a potential romance might develop between Omnis and the elf.
End of day three. Omnis and the elf return with the ingredients. The medicine is prepared, and the elven child begins to recover. Omnis is relieved that it is all over. Afterward, she has one final conversation with her sister, who is already prepared for the "Merging." Omnis asks to postpone the event until the elven outsiders have departed, but her sister insists that it must take place tonight at midnight. In tears, the sisters say their goodbyes. Omnis promises to look after her nieces and nephews, whoever they may turn out to be.
Early morning, day four. Omnis has been awake all night. Her sister and her betrothed have gone to a small cave on the outskirts to perform the Merging. In the morning, Omnis and the other residents head to the cave to welcome the newborns. Omnis asks the others to wait at the entrance so that she may be the first to greet the infants. Clarification: The fusion takes place while the demons are in their primordial form, and the resulting offspring are also born in this same primordial state. Thus, Omnis sees four small, black, blob-like creatures (in her own primordial form, Omnis appears as a black, viscous substance, and her nieces and nephews share this same appearance).
Overcome with joy, Omnis weeps and shelters the little creatures. Meanwhile, a commotion breaks out at the entrance: elves have arrived, driven by curiosity to see what is happening. An argument erupts between the elves and the demons. Omnis calls for calm, but in doing so, she loses sight of an elf child - one who had been healed just a day earlier. When Omnis turns back, she sees the boy crushing the black blobs, laughing and saying, "Ha-ha, living poop!"
Omnis smashes the elf boy’s head against a rock. A full-scale slaughter ensues between the elves and the demons, with the latter emerging victorious. Nearly all the elves are killed, though one survives, albeit wounded. Omnis recognizes him - it is the very same elf who had accompanied her on the quest for the cure. He looks at the demons and utters a single sentence: "Not all peoples have a right to a future."
Several days pass. Since that day, Omnis has neither eaten, drunk, nor slept. One of the settlers checks on her to see how she is faring; Omnis remains in a state of total apathy.
A couple of days later, the inhabitants see Omnis - now alert and full of life - preparing to leave the village. When the elder gently asks where she is headed, Omnis simply replies that she intends to destroy this world and everyone who lives in it. All demons know the legend that, at the bottom of the Abyss, there dwells a "Something" capable of granting any wish - provided the one who asks possesses a sufficiently strong will. Omnis says that she will ask the one who dwells at the heart of the Abyss to destroy this world, and then she departs. The Elder simply remarks that, no matter what Omnis may become along the way, she will always be able to return home.

I need a font advise

hello, I've never used reddit but I need design advise. I have no idea what font would suit my comic inspired by well known xix century polish novel. In what subreddit should I post? I think that I would need help making the comic in the future too.
