Just found this server running 2009 Combat Arms and it’s been a great nostalgia trip. Join in, come play some quarantine and SnD.

I’m from USA, think server is in Germany. No ping issue, and the community has been great so far. Only been here for a couple days but got a lot of great matches in.

What i won't do.

- game that is a broken mess > Definitive harsh decision to scrap later ugly, overpowered gear such as duals, dual kriss, multiple variants of same weapon, sets, speed gear, you name it - its not Klassic.

this project is *highly* driven and focused towards community, during our playtesting a lot of people have joined in & helped a lot during tests, project goes to his closed beta phase really soon, so no Clans yet, but hey it will be hosted on a nice server and easy to use/straight forward.

for anyone who is curious about PING/RTT

- you have to test it, multiple people report stable/smooth experience even tho they live far away from me (EU / NA / BR)

i was so sick of being forced to play either on Valofe server or brasil - both focuses on new school adderall combat arms with high speed and op gear, anyway they deleted unitas and called all of us gringos anyway.

That's the teaser i managed to do during our 3PPL playtesting, today we had 6 people it was wonderful - game just works as it worked - it is the real Klassic.

so... i'am checking the frequency of player base here that would want to join our Klassic ride, it is based on 2009 december client (Cabin Fever update) with Content updates from my self, it is project off nostalgia - yes black market/nx will get revisited.

game will have everything that game had in 2009 + the stuff i will patch in

hard note : color-themed guns / bikini girls from valofe/brasil server never will be here, this project has to maintain Core of combat arms gameplay & feeling it had before.

in 2009: im fine with g36e it answer all my needs

in 2026: give me the g36e midnight abyss with purple bullet max lvl max upgrades maxed magzines

honestly something about this is better than the nostalgia

but the clan wars with friends from school in 2009 staying up late to grind clan lvls was unmatched times

it literally took months of my life on that level

Given the advancements in AI tools, it should be possible to decompile Combat Arms in order to preserve it. Hopefully, tokens will become more affordable soon.

With these ai game models now makes me wonder if it is possible to get combat arms weapons and maps into mw2 now.

I was thinking to try this game again after years, but it still managed by valofe(big L) with like 50-70 players. Do they consider to shut it down because whats the reason to maintain a dead game?

I couldn't get the screen properly framed, and the textures are very dark, making it almost impossible to see anything.

recently came back can someone explain how to get speed and stamina and good guns
i got players flying on me with maxed lvl guns with guns that look like m4a1 sopmod but with a scope of g36e with zero recoil and miniguns with zero recoil

why they ruin this game

i get this error everytime i start(join a game) the hud works perfectly fine. my game worked fine but fireteam would crash my game i asked chatgpt it told me to install the c++ runtimes 2013 2012 2010 2008 so i did and now i get this error in every game. i unistalled nothing changed. then i downloaded a all in one pack for all the runtimes and nothing changes. i reinstalled the game it still shows this verified the files too

Hello everyone. I used to play this game a lot, until I got an SSD. I installed the game on my C: drive and D:, but the game doesn't stop loading. I'm stuck at the two soldiers splash loading screen. Does anyone know any possible solutions to this?
