Don’t really know what I have here. It’s not my coin, it’s my mom’s. Any advice would be appreciated

AND YES ITS THE SAME COIN

This has been in my family for decades - as far as I know since the 1960s. I understand that there was a 1986 replica but this is different, missing initials of the 1986 artists and of course the stamped year. What is this?

Someone had to have done this to the coin and I’m wondering who it is on it and how much it would be worth. ALSO, it’s not completely obvious face, you have to focus your eyes a little and angle it a few times to be able to constantly see it.

I had to double take on this one. I thought it was a proof at first glance in hand the fields look more proof like.

Could someone identify this Maldivian coin? I believe it's from the late 19th century.

I paid €150 for these 3

Btw the number at the end is the difficulty to find it (1-10)

Some coins i got from moving out my grandpas house any value!

She's coming in at 27 instead of 26.96 grams. I'm pretty sure it's not my scale, as all of my calibration weights come in right and I have an unc dime that shows 2.27 (which makes sense with rounding). I've heard these coins have some slight weight variations but surely .04 grams over is too much, if it was under then maybe it'd be understandable.

It looks really good under my loupe, I don't identify any issues there. The obverse also looks to have some luster although the reverse looks cleaned. Ping sounds alright to me, maybe slightly dull but definitely not like obvious copper or nickel. There's also a slight scratch on the reverse (pic 4) which shows a silver color through the coin, but it's not very deep.

Wanted to hear other people's thoughts before I wrote it off completely. Worst case scenario I'll initiate a return.

What grade would you put this buffalo nickel at? My grandfather gave it to me years ago

What do I do with $500 worth of uncirculated Juliet Gordon Low?

I will consider myself lucky that my set doesn’t have any defects or quality issues or at least I didn’t find them yet.

Are there are coins & bullion influencers or YouTubers you frequently watch to learn about coins in general and bullion/ coins investment trends? Trying to get more educated in the hobby. Thanks your help!

I looked online and apparently it has .6 Troy ounces of silver which is $32.42 in melt if I’m correct but idk if this has any collector value

what others should I get? (couldnt find tonga)

It may not look like much, but it now occupies the top spot for lowest mintage (138,000) circulating US coin in my collection. Anyone that wants to play guess the grade, I can update this post later.

I think its maybe worth 20 bucks to a buyer who just thinks its cool, like I do. She thinks its worth enough to pay a small bill or two. We are stubborn Irish twins that have agreed to come to the minds of the people before we resort to Google. Help a person out please? And thank you in advance.

My knowledge is very limited and I don’t think there’s anything of note here? But that said I’m happy with my lot.

I work in customer service and an older gentleman brought this in today and asked if I wanted to buy it from him. I bought it for $35. I am just wondering if it is real or if I got ripped off. Most of my research I’ve been doing says it’s real, but I have not ever seen one not in a case/ protective cover. He did have 4 in a sort of container made to fit them specifically
