Discussion 1st wolves game!
New hockey fan coming to ya'll from the PWHL & we are coming to watch the Wolves play on October 18!
Hows the crowd? Fun or intense? Do the player trade pucks for candy? Does anyone trinket trade? Os there a favorite cheer we should be ready for? A consession area that is better than the next? Would bringing posters be the norm?
Any and all info welcome :) thanks!

Posters are fine. You may get pucks from players. Crowd can be hit or miss, really depends on where you sit and if they’re passionate fans or not (meaning they might talk to you, they may not). Fans might trinket trade, idk im not into that personally. I dont really eat there either lmao. People do ask how much time is left in the period for 1 minute remaining and say thank you. Occasional lets go Wolves or refs you suck (Helen Keller ass refs sometimes).
Hopefully the team doesnt play like fucking garbo again though.
If you like fireworks and loud noises, you’re in the right place

There are a couple long time season ticket holders in that section that are pretty friendly. You'll have a good time.
We usually get to the stadium about 30 minutes before the start. That gives us time to get food and enjoy the warm ups, etc. Your first time there, maybe get there a bit earlier than that.
I recommend getting the pretzels from "Backstage". They are deep fried there and WAY better than at any of the other spots. It's by the merch stand not far from the section you're sitting in. Otherwise we get the BBQ mac and cheese, but taht's on the other side of the stadium.

You might deal with kids attempting to sing post warmups as well around you.
My experience varies because i eat before i go and i dont really walk around unless a special puck gets dropped.

Sections 103 and 104 have a lot of season ticket holders. A good time will be had! I've had season ticket packages in Section 104 for over 10 years now, and I have enjoyed every game—even the losing ones.

You can buy one of the warmup pucks starting early in the 1st period. Wolves games are a fun atmosphere with a lot of families due to it being way more affordable than Hawks games. Make sure to get there early to see the pre game show.
