Tensegrity We have 2 hearts???

I was watching a video last night and realized that the "running man" series works pretty much all muscles in the legs and feet, and certainly functions to make blood pump better and easier by utilizing that "second heart". It also helps those with diabetes.

At the time it was introduced, the health of Carlos was thought to be a reason for those passes. But actually, they seem very well designed if you consider this recent discovery of that heart like valve in the calves.

Mashing energy also seems like a very good warmup, because it "front loads" blood going to the heart, with minimum effort.

At a supernatural level, the mashing energy series can be used for teleportation. And it actually works!

But that's too complicated for this post. If you want to test this yourself, learn to see the puffs during darkroom, then look down at the floor for the golden "fibers" Carlos pointed out. Those can "assemble" into a real organic surface, such as a moss covered mountain top.

With your internal dialogue almost fully stopped, you'll occasionally find yourself standing on an actual mountain top looking down at a valley.

Traveling there for real requires even better silence and involves switching to your energy body.

But even if such magic seems far out of your reach, there's obviously ordinary benefits to Tensegrity which aren't completely obvious.
