Looking for One-on-One Adult Swimming Lessons

I am an adult looking to learn how to swim and would prefer one-on-one lessons rather than group classes.

I am looking for an instructor who is comfortable teaching adults, especially beginners.

Thanks in advance!

False Advertising at Refuel/Exxon at Maynard and Chapel Hill

Hey folks,

I’m sure many of you that pass through the intersection of NE Maynard and Chapel Hill regularly have noticed the signs posted outside of this gas station for the past week claiming $1 off gas next Tuesday from 12-1. I just stopped by and the signs have been removed with employees stating that it is not active and “when you saw the sign up that was when it was $1 off”.

Having taken time out of my day to travel to this specific gas station for this promotion I’m pretty annoyed, but I have very little knowledge about consumer recourse in these sort of situations. If anyone more knowledgeable about this subject has any suggestions about who I might be able to reach out to in order to file a complaint, your advice would by much appreciated.
