india Anyone Else Going Through the Ethera AI Hiring Process?
Hi everyone,
I recently received a referral for a Software Engineer role at Ethera AI through a friend.
I submitted my first assessment a few days ago and am currently waiting for an update. I was wondering if anyone else here is going through (or has recently gone through) the Ethera AI hiring process.
A few questions:
- Have you completed the first assessment?
- How long did it take to hear back after submitting it?
- Were there additional rounds after the assessment?
- What was your overall experience with the process?
I'm mainly trying to understand the typical timeline and whether others have received any updates after the assessment stage.
Thanks in advance!

Never heard of Ethera AI but their process sounds pretty standard for tech companies these days. Most places take like 1-2 weeks to get back after initial assessments, especially if they're actually reviewing them instead of just auto-filtering
From what I've seen with friends in software engineering, you're probably looking at 2-3 more rounds if you pass - technical interview, maybe a system design thing, then final chat with the team
