My first time trying to make omurice… came out good enough to post but not good enough to boost my ego lol i definetly overcooked it ):

Yeah despite not looking perfect, your egg texture looks good and you’ve got sauce happening. I’d happily eat this.

I make this once in a while, it just takes practice. But this looks delicious anyway! I love heating up a can of tomato sauce with a spoonful of sugar and splash of white wine vinegar and putting that on top, too.
