6 weeks post show - 267lbs

6 weeks into the rebound and we are sitting at 267lbs (30lbs up on final show stage weight). Very happy with the progress made in these 6 weeks. Heavy emphasis on upper body growth with 3x weekly frequency on all upper body parts, with legs on the back burner with only 1-2 sets of quads and hams a week. This will likely be the setup with training for the whole of this 2 year off season to continue to balance out my physique. Following which, if I feel I am ready and will be competitive, I will look to have my first season in the npc with the goal of an IFBB pro card.

Current diet setup is 5200kcals, 390P, 750C, 68F on training days, 5000kcals, 390P, 715C, 68F Rest days.

10k steps daily

4 x 25mins cardio a week

Weekly Thread Steroid Saturday - October 24, 2026

Welcome to the steroid Saturday discussion. Please follow the rules, and be kind. If you see any hatred, arguing, etc. Please report the comment so it can be removed. If you do not agree with this post, do not participate. It is that simple.

  • NO SOURCE TALK. This is very important for a variety of what we hope are obvious reasons.
  • NO FIGHTING. Arguing and ridiculing others will only get your comment deleted. Constructive criticism only. Post anything that is on topic. This involves how cycles change close to competition prep, what has worked for you in the past, before/after cycle pictures, dietary changes with different compounds, etc.
  • Questions are allowed, but should be limited.  has a specific thread just for new comers, where you can get amazing answers from some of the most knowledgeable people. Lab talk is alright, but remember how to get a particular lab's product would be prohibited source talk.

We hope everybody enjoys this thread Thanks to the  community to help make this work. They have been a huge help and will be chiming in on this post.

Took the overall this past weekend! Now we start the push into Nationals. Feedback was to come in a bit more crisp, and make sure my tan is a bit darker. Feedback that we can easily deliver on. 8 weeks to go!

Check-in 7 Weeks Out - Women’s Figure :)

5’8 + 144.7lbs. Competing in OCB Women’s Figure

Started prep 11 weeks ago at 162.7lbs. Goal is to get to 130lbs for stage weight.

Super excited to see the final package 👀

Edit: I phrased this poorly. I’m not trying to lose 2lbs a week. I’m losing around 1-1.5lbs per week at this point (slightly above the 1% recommended bodyweight guideline - yes, I’m aware).

My coach and I are focused on the overall look, not a number on the scale. The weight was just an estimate of what I’ll be on stage. (A question I’ve been answering for a lot of my non-bodybuilder friends)
