I was going to just make one post about all the DLC bosses at once, but the Lady Maria fight was so good! I think she's the second most attempts of all the bosses (1st being the bastard man Logarius), but man did I enjoy fighting her every time! The score was excellent, the fact that the doll is made in her image was an incredible piece of visual world building, and on top of that she had three distinct phases each harder than the last. She's my favorite boss so to this point, and it's not particularly close. I'm excited to see what else waits for me beyond the clock tower!

View from nightmare frontier and nightmare of Mensis itself (the color of sky is different).

I made a burial blade prop. The materials used are pvc for the handle and petg for the sword, hinge and handle holding components. I designed the latching and hinge mechanism in blender.

I never thought that I would ever reach this number of hours, I really didn't think I would be so addicted to this game.
1000 hours in which I died a lot, I suffered a lot, but there was a lot of satisfaction and enjoyment from this game. There was no game like this that I delved into so much like bloodborne, so much lore, and every place that felt in the game was so much fun to explore and also delve into it, bloodborne is the best map ever made in my opinion. It's fun to explore every corner and discover things about it :)
never thought in my life that from a game I hate so much, to the best game I've ever played
I invested a lot in the game, and I even made platinum and it's the best platinum I've ever achieved in my life :D
I even had a player I invested level 490 by myself!! the goal was to ranked 544...
Unfortunately, it was deleted by mistake because of a very annoying bug that I couldn't take items from the Storage and it hurts a lot for me :(
But even though I'm developing one other player who will be as strong as him :)
For me, despite all the pain, suffering, and that I will die on the way, For me, it's the best game I've played in my whole life
this game is fucking masterpiece in everyway :D

Hey hunters,
Ok so I need help. I finished Sekiro and honestly felt pretty good about myself. I play everything on the hardest difficulty, it's kind of my thing, I've never really struggled with a game before.
Then I started Bloodborne and I've been stuck on the Cleric Beast for like way too long. The camera is fighting me more than he is. Lock-on keeps snapping to nothing, and half the time I'm swinging at a wall while he's in my face.
I blame the camera, but I also kinda wonder if it's me. I think I got used to Sekiro where you just stand there and deflect everything, and now I'm panic rolling and getting clapped. I've started doubting myself lol, which is a weird feeling for me.
Is it a "get used to it" thing or am I just doing it wrong?
any tips for the fight or for dealing with the camera would be appreciated. Not gonna lie, I'm kinda embarrassed to be asking about the first boss.

Hi guys. I‘ve purchased the DLC The Old Hunter. At the same time, base game was downloaded via ps+ Subskription.
Now, I can see on both products, PURCHASED, or Gekauft on Deutch.
So, the question is…
I got base game with DLC, or not?
Honestly, I have no idea.
Thx for answers. Have a nice day/evening everyone

Checked all my stats, nothing seems to be in the negative but I can clearly see the down arrow making me think I'm taking some sort of negative for no reason.

I’ve been fighting Vicar Amelia a bit early with a 3+ hunter’s axe so I can bum rush the dlc and get the beast cutter and the old hunters outfit. I am burning through a lot of vials doing this, so I just decided to start farming blood vials in Yharnam until I get 600 lol. This is probably taking longer than just doing the natural progression of the game lol, but I’ll be set up for the rest of the game without ever having to worry about blood vials. I have 222 now. Plus a lot of bullets.
Edit: I managed to finally beat Amelia, got the beast cutter and old hunter set, and stopped my ridiculous plan to farm 600 vials in central yharnam lol

Mind. Blown.
I don’t know what to say.
Ten years and ten million playthroughs later, I just found out this thing existed as a weapon.
EDIT: l love this community. The comments made laugh and cry at the same time. I’m now going to let the game do the same by doing a whistle only run. I’ll report back in a week or so.

Has anyone every actually got an arcane game from this chalice dungeon? I've killed these 3 chuds like 30 times and I only get tempering, fire, and bolt. I need a glimmer of hope that it's actually possible or I'm just going to give up on this build.

I first bought this game on release despite never playing a FromSoft game, I knew it wasn’t going to be my favorite game but it was so hyped on release that I felt like I needed to get it, especially being a PlayStation exclusive. I struggled my way through the beginning, I think it took me 3-4 days to beat the cleric beast and finally start leveling. I had absolutely no idea how to properly make a build, I used the hunters axe and pumped tons into stamina because I was annoyed I couldn’t swing more lol. But spinning to win got me far! I made it through Rom and the One Reborn, Killed Amygdala and made it to the Nightmare of Mensis. I finally stalled out when I couldn’t beat Logarius, I tried for weeks and finally gave up because I couldn’t beat him and I couldn’t figure out the Nightmare of Mensis and didn’t understand the relation between insight and frenzy.
Fast forward to now, I decided to download it and try again, and after a very in-depth first playthrough (including DLC and Chalice Dungeons), I just finished new game plus 2 and let Gehrman wake me from the hunters dream for the platinum! What a crazy experience coming back after a decade and overcoming this monkey on my back. I’ll never be great at these games but it feels amazing to complete one fully. Just wanted to share my experience with the community after using a lot of advice from here! The Watchdog of the Old Lords can fuck off and die though, that one pushed me to my limits lol

Personally, I have a love/hate relationship with Amygdala. I love its design, where it appears, the fear it generates, but I hate all of its damn boss fight

So I started playing Bloodborne recently and I've been having a really good time with it. I was exploring everything, wondering what was going on in Yharnam and what I'd find in the next area.
But a few days ago, I got curious about the lore and watched a video explaining the story. I thought it'd help me understand what was happening, but I ended up learning about some pretty major reveals, the bigger picture behind the events, and even the different endings.
I'm still pretty early in the game, and honestly, I kinda regret watching it now. Before that, I was always wondering what was going on and looking forward to finding out more as I played. Now that feeling isn't really the same anymore, and the whole experience feels a little weird. I'm still enjoying the gameplay, though, and I'm gonna keep playing and see how it goes.
For those of you who know the game, how bad do you think this is? Did I ruin a big part of the experience for myself, or do you think there's still a lot to enjoy even when you already know the main story? I'm curious to hear what you guys think.

I decided to lock in and actually play Bloodborne after having about 8000 hours split amongst the trio and Elden Ring and uh, the armor is confusing. There's no real difference in defenses from what I've seen so far and I just got to Martyr Logarius. Am I missing something because I've just been kinda playing fashion souls?
Edit: Thank you to everybody that let me know. Because most of the armor stats are similar, it was confusing, but that little bit when negating as much damage as possible in Mr. Logarius' fight with arcane I think was actually noticeably better but I think for the most part I'm gonna run fashion unless I really need the boost in defenses.
Also, I found a recreateable out of bounds quit in Cainhurst castle if anybody is curious, but I'm not too sure if you can get anywhere with it.

I am trying to use the chalices I found in the spreadsheet but it's telling me I don't need the requirements. However I have finished all of them except for the defiled, and I made an FRC Isz. Am I not understanding something correctly I thought that covered everything
Edit: I missed Ihyll. Thanks fellow hunters!
