I got brimstone after killing a boss on hard mode but I don't have chaos and the wiki says brimstone is not in the boss item pool

You know those coop icons each character has, these are basically covering other aspects about them. In order we have here:

Dark judas, demon eve, risen lazarus, the soul from the forgotten, esau, berserk tainted samson, demon tainted eve, dead tainted lazarus, a tweaked tainted forgotten and its soul, ghost jacob and dark esau.

I have around 550 hours in Isaac and only about 180 achievements unlocked. I mostly just hop on whenever I feel like it and play a run or two.
My goal is to get Dead God before I die, but I’m in no rush to complete it. I recently found out that someone at my workplace also plays Isaac, and they’ve unlocked over 300 achievements in around 300 hours.
I love this game, but I just don’t have the drive to grind it out and complete everything. When I lose, I’m not that upset, and when I win, I’m not that excited either. I just enjoy playing at my own pace.
So, be honest: am I really that bad for having only 180 achievements after 550 hours, or am I being too hard on myself for not playing with the same level of dedication as others?

I was doing The April fool challenge and use forget me now until I got rkey and glowing hourglass and after ten minutes o Frey to get megamush I finally beat the beast as Eden and nothing happen 🥲

I only do angel-item runs now.

They are my favorite.

I really want to create a series of only my favorite angel-items facing-off against every boss.

And then switch it up with other angel-room items.

(Yes there are is the pentagram, but I am choosing ONLY angel-room items & never devil-room items/misc.-items)

Not only do you get a butt load of pennies as T.cain, but also all half soul hearts count as full hearts for the bag! This shit just got me my final unlock with him like a breeze!

I also don't feel bad about giving myself a The Sun after beating Dogma 5 times and it crashed 5 times, then the 6th time I took the most damage but gave myself a Sun

Ridiculous seed: End the first floor with Abbadon, Hemo, and Balls, among other things, as well as 2 golden pennys. 2 secret room items on the first floor if you wanna mess around with it. Ends up going insane (through the path I took), ending with a genesis that let me 1-frame delirium.

Okay so he got me on the haha funnies devil and blue baby pranks. The thing is is he is now telling me to beat the first basement boss, then to use a bomb in the starting room, grab the broken shovel, and run until the boss run. He said he was going to help me get a moderately difficult character and me not knowing this game, thinks hes low key bullshitting me. Is this true

hey guys i want godhead. this is because im in afterbirth+ bc im poor. when repentance is on sale ill buy it, but right now i have to do hush, boss rush, delirium, and mega satan. I might as well do it before i have to beat the new bosses. do you have any tips for trying to beat them all? I know gnawed leaf plus an orbital could beat me the bosses. is that my best chance?

I wanna change my OS to Linux for Multiple reasons. The only game i play is Tboi with Repentogon.

I’ve played the lost for a total of over 12 hours over the last 3 days trying to get delirium because it’s the last mark I need and I’m on repentance and I’ve beaten blue baby/lamb 10 times already and mega Stan twice and still haven’t gotten the portal. I’m losing my mind but this game is a drug must keep going must unlock godhead😭
