New to the game

I just got my first ball python today named Göth and have already set up his home with everything a boop Noodle could ask for. But I have never really had one so do need to leave him in his house to get used to it for a couple days or can I take him out tomorrow? He does not eat for again till Monday if that matters

Give him some time to get situated.
They say about a week or 2 for them to get used to their new home. Some even refuse food until they feel comfortable in their new environment.
