Question Is this normal BP behavior

I saw my BP was really active and opened up his enclosure. Instead of leaving, he just stood like this lmao (I hope it’s normal)))

Every time I see a video of one doing this I always laugh and wish mine would

Mine tends to watch tv like this when I hold him, we enjoy Disney movies.

if you have a garden at home, try putting it on the lawn, and it will certainly do it

Yup! He's just getting a good vantage point to look around. He's comfortable and curious, just taking in his surroundings!

Judgemental shoelace is being judgemental.
Either that or the glass opened and now it smells different, but why? I think there was a recent BP merger with the orange cat hive mind and buffering times have increased due to limited resources.

It is, also sometimes called scoping. Mine doesn’t do it often but when she’s in the mood she’s do a biiiig scope then be satisfied for a month.

I call it snooping, for any animal not just snakes. Pet is standing up and looking around? They're snooping.

It's his version of standing on his tippie toes to get a better view. Good sign that he's quite comfortable, confident, & curious about his little corner of the world.

Judgemental behavior, yes this is normal xD
This is how snakes have a "look see" because they are low to the ground
It is curiosity and they are usually just having a look around. I feel like if you move slow and don't startle them, it's a pretty good fun thing to see

It’s called “periscoping” and is perfectly normal. A snake who’s alert and aware of its surroundings is a healthy one.

From my experience it's normal. They're just curious or they wanna eat your flesh.👍
