Playing again after 10 years out

NOTE: Bagpipes are a difficult instrument to learn correctly. It is easy to develop bad habits and you need a real person there helping you to understand how to play. Therefore, we here at /r/bagpipes strongly suggest finding a teacher in your area to help you get started. You can contact a local pipe band and ask if there are instructors available.
