Tickets for Bayern

Hej! I have purchased two tickets via the official club website. I also have the official app but the tickets are not visible there. I also cannot find any purchase history on my account. Shouldn’t I be able to see them somewhere? I finalised the purchase on Sunday.

Question/Discussion Red and White Days

Hello fellow Atleti’s! My family and I are travelling to Madrid for the Bayern match and will be in town Nov 1. Would it be worth it for us to visit the stadium for the last day of the red+white sale at the Oficina de Atencion al Atletico?

Question/Discussion EL EFECTO JULIÁN ÁLVAREZ 🕷 | Sus mejores jugadas en LALIGA EA SPORTS

An amazing player who will be remembered for many years.

I have been an Atlético Madrid fan since I was a child wearing the red-and-white jersey. I feel that Álvarez is a wonderful, talented player a perfect fit for a team like ours, which is building itself around him, supporting him, and truly valuing him (even during his less-than-ideal moments). We need to realize that we have received a great gift for the club, the team, and the fans.

Alavés went down to ten men and Atlético had 22 shots. - Man United 2-0 (CL): Barrios scored in the first minute from a Baena assist, and was man of the match (8.3). Baena (8.0) and Álvarez (7.9) were both strong off the bench. - Stuttgart 1-1 (CL): Álvarez equalised from a Lookman assist, but Hjulmand was sent off in the 64th minute. Atlético had the better of the xG, 1.59 to 0.90. - Deportivo 1-0 (LaLiga): Álvarez scored from a Grimaldo assist and was man of the match (8.8). That's six league wins in a row. Oblak and Grimaldo both scored 8.2.

Goals and assists over the five games - Goals: Álvarez 2, then Grimaldo, Romero, Barrios, Lookman and Baena 1 each. - Assists: Baena 2, then David, Álvarez, Lookman and Grimaldo 1 each. - Álvarez and Baena have three goal contributions each.

Who's in form (last-five average vs. LaLiga season rating) - Álvarez 7.60 vs 7.17 (up 0.43), the clearest riser. - Oblak 7.62 (up 0.60) and Romero 7.80 (up 0.24, though he's played three of the five). - Grimaldo 7.66, level with his 7.72 season rating, and Llorente 7.38. - Baena averages 7.32, helped by strong rated cameos off the bench.

Question/Discussion Do you prefer red or blue socks with our blue shorts?

I'd like to hear your opinions and haven't seen this asked at all.

In most seasons, we go with red socks, e.g. in 2015/16, 2019/20, 2023/24.

In some other seasons, we go with blue socks, suiting the blue shorts, e.g. in 2016/17, 2021/22, 2025/26 or also this season.

What do you prefer?

Overall , how do we feel about our start?

Im feeling positive, this team has a real hunger and grit and can scrape wins which teams of the past would not have , we have decent depth and look pretty strong as well- yes a few of our wins have been gritty but every team will have a few.close wins maybe they got lucky with

Question/Discussion Cholo on Julián: “If the club wants to reach the heights the fans dream of, we need Julián to be at his best.” (via @atletiuniverse)

It’s hard to welcome him back so easily and especially this early. He’s lucky to have this support around him, he wouldn’t get this anywhere else.

Im at odds with how I feel regarding Julian. I’ve been hating him since he spoke out about his dream move back in July. But the club has worked hard for months to rectify Julian’s mistake, and keep him part of the group which they’ve done well. But I bet many of us are still conflicted to say the least.

How do y’all feel about him? Has he done enough? Should he do more, what does he need to do to be accepted into the team?

Question/Discussion Possibility of going to an away game

Hey guys, I'm a Belgian guy and socio of atleti for over half a year now. I just got a mail that I have the ability to buy a ticket for the PSV game in the away section. I'd love to go, but the mail mentions the tickets are fysical and to be collected. Customer support is not available and I have to decide by tomorrow at least. Does anyone have experience on this process and if I should buy the ticket?

¿Qué entrenador anterior a Simeone destacaríais?

Stats Johnny's Offensive Improvement: Just a Hot Streak, or His New "Normal"?

Post image
32 Upvotes

I made this radar chart to compare Johnny’s offensive numbers this season to last season, mainly looking at progression, receiving, dribbling and chance creation. The difference is pretty noticeable. He already has a little over a third of the minutes he played last season, so even though it’s still a smaller sample, I think there’s enough there to see how much more he’s doing going forward. He’s playing more passes into the final third and dangerous areas, breaking midfield and defensive lines more often, and producing more through balls and balls over the top. He’s also receiving between the lines more, getting into dangerous areas more often, creating more chances, and beating players more often off the dribble.

His carrying numbers are actually pretty similar to last year, so most of the improvement seems to be coming from what he does after he gets the ball. He looks quicker to turn, play forward, find someone between the lines, or take a defender on instead of just moving the ball sideways and keeping possession. That matches the eye test for me too. He just looks a lot more confident and dangerous on the ball this season, especially in more advanced areas.

Do you guys think this is just a hot start, or are we seeing a real change in the type of midfielder Johnny is becoming?
