ASL Chicago

Anyone interested in practicing ASL today or any day?
I am currently taking a college ASL 1 class and would like to practice.
Live near the Oak Park area in Chicago. Willing to drive.

There's a FB group called DNO in Chicago (Deaf Night Out) that has a lot of events. Check it out!

The group I found is “paused”—is there another one? I’m HOH and would love to get back into the ASL scene

Seconding this! I was there this weekend. Well attended and a great opportunity to practice.

I’m in NW Chicago and a second year interpreting student (all still very new, second year ever learning the language) would love to connect whether it be online or in person in the future.
