I wanted to try commissions because of school expenses and such. (Rant a bit, pls skip this) Our school is forcing me to join that expensive educational tour when we don't even have enough to eat everyday?? It's 40% of my grades in Practical Research :/

So, that's why, I wanted to try art commissions. I was kinda thinking of around 15-20 Php per artwork since I think no one would really buy one with this kind of quality if it was expensive. But, at the same time, I do think it's selling myself short, especially since I support and defend artists online and all.

Is the price alright???

(The works above are mine)

Edit: I've decided to do as you guys said! Maraming salamat po!!

Hello, I don’t know anything about painting and art in general but I wanna ask sana for a reco since I’m planning to buy a gift for a friend who’s heavily into painting and art. She uses acrylic/oil btw. Can you recommend a paint brush brand and specific type na rin po na goods to give for a gift? May known brand po sana pero not super pricey.

I searched sa google and ang sinuggest is Rosemary and Co.? With this price range I’m planning to buy 1 paint brush lang and not a set. I would love to know your suggestions po, thank you for the help!

Ive already tried Himi Miya years ago but didnt like how it formed molds :( planning to get gouache paints in the tubes instead but im so conflicted what brand. May Holbein, Shinhan, Turner, etc. Medyo mahal nga lang hayshahsa

I dont always paint, its a fun little hobby I do from time to time. I also bought the BaoHong watercolor paper bc i heard its good :)

I tried different types of printmaking and by far this one's my favorite. I made it using my watercolor painting as a copy.

Hi everyone!

I am planning to build a team that will join me at weddings to provide this service to guests.

If you can send your portfolio via dm, how much are you looking for as price per piece/art or if per day gusto niyo. preferable yung nakakaunderstand din ng fashion - so I makukuha din mga outfits ng guests!

This can be your next raket. I find the customers- and you just go to the events. I can provide everything (paper, markers, etc)

This is my first “larger”print, self taught on erasers 🤗
5x7 “Bone & Briar”
eBay: MessyJessiArt 🤗

I’m quite happy having given these pastries a permanent canvas after years of looking at their drafts in my sketchbook  ✨

I loved including elements inspired from my real life: the carnelian necklace, the cherry blossom clay earrings I bought from my friend, the top with the flowing sleeves.

The ice cream cone-inspired bucket hat with the jelly beans still lives only in my imagination for now, sadly. 🍦

Hand-drawn, then rendered in Clip Studio Paint.

Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much po! 🥹💗
