In a meta where every single new hero has infinite dashes, terrain scales, or massive percentage-based speed triggers, Omen is literally walking with a cane. You cannot chase, you cannot escape, and you cannot engage without burning everything.

• The Comedy of the Cooldown Buff: Tencent thinks they did something amazing by buffing his S2 cooldown. Sure, by minute 15, thanks to this hilarious CD buff, you can technically spam your S2 non-stop during a fight. Your character is constantly active and glowing. But guess what? That 60% damage reduction does absolutely NOTHING.

• The Deception of Damage Reduction: If you waste that 2-second S2 just to gain that pathetic 30% movement speed to close the gap, your damage reduction is completely gone by the time you reach the enemy. And even if you save it for the fight and spam it continuously, you get instantly melted right through that 60% protection.

Look, I get it. Back in the older seasons, Omen was a menace. The old nerfs to his base stats, his S1 pull range, and his scaling were completely justified at that time because he was too oppressive in the lane. But this is 2026! The game has evolved, damage inflation is off the charts, and mobility is standard. Those old nerfs either need to be completely reverted, or compensated with proper modern mechanics. Leaving him with dead base stats while pretending a funny CD buff fixes everything is just lazy design.

And before anyone tells me in the comments: "Bro, just pick Enfeeble or build Diminisher items to survive!"

Listen to me, I WANT TO PLAY WITH FLICKER ! Omen's only real playmaking potential and skill expression is his Flicker + Ultimate combo. If the game forcing me to ditch Flicker and run Enfeeble just to survive a 3-second teamfight, it proves the hero's kit is fundamentally broken and outdated. I shouldn't be forced into a zero-mobility, ultra-defensive playstyle just because his base kit can't keep up with modern standards.

By minute 15, playing Omen feels like driving a glowing green hearse. You join a team fight around the Dragon or Slayer, you start spamming your S2 non-stop, your character activates that 60% damage reduction over and over, and then—BOOM. You get absolutely obliterated right through your defenses. Why? Because late-game damage inflation from heroes like Hayate or Yorn treats your 60% reduction like wet tissue paper due to continuous true damage and maximum armor pierce. You are just a glowing, green sandbag that runs around with a flat 60 speed boost, unable to even hit anyone to refresh your cooldowns.

Seriously, what is Tencent even doing? Why did they turn one of the most iconic, terrifying duelists of the Slayer Lane into a literal punching bag? Why do they keep releasing overloaded, hyper-mobile heroes while leaving Omen to rot with flat speed stats and a funny CD buff that lets you spam a 60% damage reduction that gets completely bypassed by late-game true damage anyway?

Tencent didn’t buff Omen. They just gave us a shinier, greener death animation so we can watch ourselves get clapped in full high-definition.

Please give this man a proper mechanic rework already. 🤣😭
