Important to keep Apple OS’es updated, even those in EU without Siri AI. Huge list of security vulnerabilities patched today.

eMudhra cert is correctly rejected in Safari with 27.2. You can check at https://emudhra.we-have-a-problem.com

Note: 27.0.1 and 27 are not rejecting them atm.

27.01 also shows the certs not being accepted

Of course. Apple has CRLs, OCSP, and whatnot

All operating systems and browsers have mechanisms that vendors can use to revoke certs remotely.

Yes plenty of apps and browsers have already blocked the certs but specifically Safari 27.0.1 did not revoke it completely, 27.2 does.

I’m on 18.7.8 and they’re all showing a green tick (Did not connect).

The 27.2 RC build didn't, so looks like they fixed it before launch

TL;DR: no zero-days fixed, but they did fix some scary-looking security holes that could lead to a full system compromise, so you should upgrade now.

You’ll find people posting that unironically on Twitter

Every September, and there’re videos about “you don’t need to buy a new iphone” or “Apple is slowing down your device”
