So I am in episode 14 of Evangelion and it was totally unexpected than what I thought it would be.

I was recommended this anime because it's considered a classic with great story. Till now the story has been very random, I love all the characters, the comedy,the action and enjoying it very much.

But I don't think i will call it a masterpiece TILL NOW. What do you guys think? Am i too early to judge it? No spoilers please!!!

I just finished season 1, so i still have some way to go but i don't see how this anime's considered "dark" or "i wouldn't recommend it to other", i mean, yeah, there's some violence, maybe people considered Riko's arm break too much? But i've watched Gohan, while being 5 years old, getting his neck brok*en from a kick and being unable to talk or move (Dragon ball Z), maybe people are more sensitive because she's a girl? but i just dont see it.

I hope it gets darker from here because i mainly started watching cuz i like dark animes from time to time.

Aside from the dark expectations not being met, the anime's really good, i can give it a solid 8/10, the artstyle and animation's really good, interesting characters and plot, with a lot of potential.

Soo I'm looking for something to watch and i love watching long series .i have watched HXH , black clover(dropped it at ep 88),FMAB . I'll be precise about what i don't like in anime series.

1- i don't like waiting for an anime to get better . Like "see this many episodes it will get better " is not what i vibe with. It's okay if the setting takes 30 episodes or max 50 but above that is instant no. The reason why i dropped BC.

2- i want an consistent good story . Not like it will get better after this arc .constant up and downs in a story is a no for me. Story might have an okayish start but if it keeps getting better with episodes that's what i rock with.

3- i like characters that i can get attached to emotionally and resonate with them on that level. So characters with depth is what i live for.

Anime: Princess Mononoke (1997)

ALright I'm an aot fan and I understand how CG COULD have better writing and ending. But is it really executed well. Is there anything in CG that compares to the basement reveal? Or the reiner and Berthold reveal? Or the "on your feet dad", and does it have ANYTHING that matches return to shigansuna? Like I haven't watched CG but people say it's better than AOT, sure it could be writing wise but can it match the presentation of AOT? The soundtracks, animation, and just the scenes in general.

I've noticed that in some romance anime featuring disabled characters, the disabled character is a girl, and the male protagonist falls in love with her. It got me wondering why we don't see more stories where the roles are reversed.

There are manga where the male protagonist is disabled and a girl falls in love with him, too. So why don't studios adapt more of those stories into anime?

I'd genuinely love to see more romance anime where a disabled boy is the main character and gets to experience love, romance, and a meaningful relationship. Disabled guys deserve to be represented in romance stories, too.

I'm not saying stories about disabled girls are bad. I just wish we had more variety and representation on the other side as well.

Are there any manga where the male protagonist is disabled and the female protagonist falls in love with him that you wish would get an anime adaptation?

I'll watch sub or dub but if people say like the sub is a decent bit better then the dub I'll watch it if vice versa then I'll watch dub. Curious what people have to say here.

I found this picture. Takopi looks so cute, I’d love to eat it, but at the same time, I’d feel so bad. I would definitely buy a plushie of it, though. Hey there! I’m a 26 F and I am watching an anime series for the first time. I watched Your Name before and loved it.

My bf really loves One Piece and Naruto, I wanted to know more about his interests but OP’s thousand long episodes kind of put me off (but I plan to watch it in the future when I have more time!)

So I opted to watch Naruto and I am now on Episode 3. I find it funny and entertaining, I can see how many people grew up watching this and it being considered as a classic anime, Naruto is such a likable character.

So I wanted to ask, what should I expect out of this series without being spoiled? My bf told me not to watch Boruto btw so I wanted to know your guys’ opinions.
