Discussion Suggestion regarding second hand tablet

Guys , I am getting xiomi pad 5 around 9 k , 2022 brought, should I buy it, I will use it mostly for studying purpose, the seller is saying it is in good condition.

Not at all recommend better to wait and invest 3-4k more and get a new tablet
