LOOKING FOR APP Simple live stream?

Is there a simple way to livestream (if that is the correct word) from your cell phone? I need to email two people in other states a simple link to see me carrying my phone around and talking. What is the easiest way to do this? Free would be great

Gmail! Just tap the "Meet" button and you can create a link to share a video call with other people.

Google Meet is the free one that works here. Open meet.google.com in Chrome, sign in with a Google account, tap New meeting, then copy the link and email it. No app needed for them, they just open the link in a browser. Works on any phone.
