What probably started a typo'd script from probably a nurse or pharmacist switching a 1 by a 2 was reiussed and so , since then, Im officially prescribed 20mg, as Elon preficted. Thanks Elon , the Warlus heard your voice and whispered it to the doc , as the doc likely visits the Warlus too and probably stashes 3 boxes a month.

For things of life I didnt have enough time to lunch so its a pure empty stomach wellcome

But , unlike the last time, I'd have my caregiver giving me the pills if it gets bad. Really I want to use it normally , a freshly slept night is gold. Then I just stash whatever I can and visit the warlus only on proper especial moments and no combos

I took it for a few days in a row and I’m gonna stop. I don’t like the side effects. I wonder some people maybe don’t get these side effects

Let me start by saying I had been trying some trazodone for a few days and it must’ve been constipating me slightly, so I took a three capsules of magnesium oxide

which is a pretty low dose,

possibly at the wrong time of day (mg daytime) to coincide with being knocked out by Ambien (night)

At one point, I got up to use the bathroom and I was sitting there, and I didn’t realize my shorts were soiled

Until I look down, that is

I was actually confused so I went to look at the mattress and saw a little bit of a stain

That’s when I realize that at least I wasn’t trying to sit sit on the toilet with my pajamas on which was one thought I had at some point before I noticed

Luckily, I got into a shower and cleaned myself up

could’ve been a lot worse but from now on and I’d like to highly recommend if you take laxatives and Ambien, make sure to wear diapers

The good news is my mattress cover did its job. The bad news is I’m quite ashamed on some level, but this is just a testament to how much that shit knocks you out for sleep. I wish it lasted longer. No ok

I sleep on my stomach but then my necks at a harsh angle and it hurts in the day. I have pillow apparatus to help make me sleep on my back. But it takes two ambiesn to do that because my body is like *!! This is not following the sleeps protocol !!* But I don't know how many days it will take for my body to be ok laying on my back. I have a little extra ambien from vacation break i think, but not that much.

Also i put the minty potion on my back/neck, which did make it minty and distract from hurting, but it wore off now and it hurts again rip.

i’ve been on zolpidem for quite a while now but i’ve ran out of it and my next psych appointment isn’t until the next two months. i can’t ask for a refill or whatever, im not from the us, it works differently where i live. i have horrible horrible insomnia, i’ve been prescribed quetiapine as well and it helps me sleep BUT i sleep too much and wake up feeling hangover. and i have to admit that i like the way zolpidem makes me feel when i force myself to stay awake after taking it, i love its hallucinogenic effects and thats what i “miss” the most.

my friend told me he has zopiclone and can give it to me since he doesn’t take it at all. do you have any experience with that?? will zopiclone work similarly to zolpidem if i stay up after taking it?
