I went to the Apple service centre as well for this. They were unable to diagnose whether the right AirPod is faulty or the case is faulty, as it is unable to charge. The replacement of both cost is similar individually, but they are confused about which replacement to go for.

And now I’m confused about what to do? And I’m 100% sure that there was no sudden physical damage done that can cause this.

I mean, you don’t have to have something constantly playing at all times when wearing the Airpods. Sometimes, you just want peace and quiet while at the supermarket, and that’s okay.
Just enjoy the fact that you don’t have to put up with the daily noises around you when you’re outside.

Anyone else feel the same way?

Just got them a week ago and they are a great in between style of earbuds. I use them at work and commuting and they are quite versatile for someone who does want to fully block out everything around.

I originally tried the Bose Ultra Open 2 which, while great in an office or quiet area, don’t work for commuting.

Plus these fit better as my old AirPod pros would hurt after prolonged usage.

My right airpod has this damage. Basically the plastic cracked on both sides of it. I have no idea how this happened. I haven't dropped them once nor have I been reckless. Now my warranty is voided apparently because of the physical damage. Does anybody have any idea how this might have happened?

Sometimes my AirPods disconnect saying there’s no battery in them but I clearly charged it and I know I did, why does this happen sometimes it’s really annoying.

As the title says, upgraded to Airpods pro 3 a couple of days ago and enjoying it. Great sounding, superb ANC and light weight. Though a little too white for my preference. Looking for a good case cover. Any recommendations are welcome.

Hello, my AirPods Pro 2 were stolen about a week ago. I reported it to the police, but it doesn't seem like anything will come of it. The strange thing is that, thanks to "Find My," I can constantly see their location; they remain in a fixed spot, and the location updates roughly every 20–30 minutes. Since I know the thief won't face any real consequences, my goal is to at least ensure they can't use or sell the device. What can I do to achieve this? If I mark them as "lost" via "Find My," it requires providing contact information—like an email address or phone number—which I naturally don't want to share with the thief. What are my options?

Is it possible to have your soundbar on with normal volume plus also have wireless AirPods connected at the same time? Want to wear my AirPods while the wife can listen to the standard soundbar simultaneously. Basically need 2 outputs at the same time I guess. Does this product exist?

I am on holiday to South Korea, staying at my friends place in Okcheon. I may have dropped my AirPod pro 2 case on the street and someone took it home to an apartment complex with its location. I put it in lost mode. What should I do? I doubt the police is gonna do much, or order a replacement case or buy the new pro 3s. any advice?

I recently upgraded from the original AirPods Pro to the AirPods Pro 3. I also started working in a trade job where I sometimes use power tools.

I’ve noticed something strange with the Active Noise Cancellation. When I’m using a circular saw to cut metal, the ANC seems to momentarily stop working as soon as the blade makes contact with the metal and produces a high-pitched noise. It’s almost like the noise cancellation suddenly cuts out for a second.

I toggled all the settings but didn’t help.

Is this normal behavior, or could my pair be defective?

When I’m running my right airpod sounds like it has something loose inside. I can't really explain what it sounds like, but there’s a sort of thumping noise. I still have some warranty left, so I’m wondering if I should go and get them replaced. Sorry all the typos English isn’t my first language.

Is the ANC that much better? Is the HRS a gimmick?

The ANC on my AirPods 4 ANC has started not working well or at all. I cleaned them according to Apple’s instructions and reset them and tried them on other devices with similarly poor results. Occasionally there is also a weird static/crackle noise that occurs when ANC is on. Spoke with Apple Support—they wanted $154 to repair. 🤣

Anyway. Is there anything else I should try before just ordering a new set of 5s?

I noticed that the noise cancellation of my newly bought AirPods Pro 3 literally yesterday was having a phenomenal noise reduction but after I updated today to 27.2 coming from 27.1 the noise cancellation diminished because I can tell the difference because I can hear my electric fans now while I’m laying down before and after the update But before I cannot literally hear it, now I can now hear it slightly. 🥹

I’ve had my AirPods Pro 3 for a few weeks and my ears are pretty uncomfortable (aching) after using them for short amounts of time, like 30 - 45 minutes. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Since mine were stolen, does anyone want to give me theirs. No this is not a promotion or a scam.
