Would it be smart to sheet this area off?

Youll definitley want at least 2 small fans to vent cuz humidity. At least for me cuz id be financially crippled if im the cause of mold or mildew in walls. I have a table setup with some aerogardens and im gonna surround it with "panda film" hanging from the ceiling. I find the light annoying and also it will reflect more light back to the plants, as well as retain humidity. Win win

Regardless you should have fans blowing on them at least sometimes. It is their equivelant of exercise in a way. As well as prevents mold and mildew problems

I want to use this and maybe another to grow underneath but as I said. Two more gardens waiting to be planted on top.

This would be an approximate final setup once up but the cast to the bottom is up for grabs.

If anyone is around Charlotte/mecklenburg or surrounding counties. A garden club would be banging.

I am out in Monroe… with an insane number of hydro setups including 6-7 aerogardens and 6-7 other brands of tabletops. I have just started with freestanding lights and containers intended for bigger tomatoes and peppers. I’d gladly join a group but am a bit introverted.

What happened to your farm?

Complete electrical shortage. I’m not mad. I bought it for $125 three years ago. I had a fewharvests but after that everything failed except the light. They’ve been just sitting in the closet but they are capable.

Would you be willing to sell the top part of your farm? I’m trying to rebuild the motherboard of mine that also broke!(:

I donated that to someone.

Did you keep the water reservoir? If you’re not going to use them and are willing to sell I could use them. I have three Farm 24XL (one w/ no reservoirs)

I did sell them.

https://a.co/d/0fjxYKk8 a variable DC power supply like this should work to get the lights on, pair it with an outlet timer

I don't know what voltage or current the light panels would use but perhaps someone with a farm and multi meter can check their farm. I believe the farm has adjustable light output and rather than actually diming the leds it's often done by flicking them on and off at a rate outside human perception.
