I'm build different
I've noticed all the writing books I follow share their stories in text. However I rarely can find myself the patience to read something unless it really grips me. I read almost every book I know I read as a audio book because despite being a good storyteller I have dyslexia and reading/writing is a pain. So most of my stories I share through audio clips. I do that because it is how I read and I am broken

I mean you might see it as a weakness but I see it as potential strength, even some of the best horror stories take a good while to nail down and be effectively scary while grabbing your attention. I think the strength is you need more time on a horror story and that's Completly fine because you can always go back and edit it to be more effective than It was before, Trust me I've had a horror story flop until I edited it and when I did it was far more successful, don't give up and take that extra time as an advantage to write down ideas and after you do you can go back through it and clean it up so it's a nice read. The key is how much thought and care you put into it and you need to know what type of story you want to tell.
