Well it also kinda is if you dont know what you are doing but if you know oh Boy…

these guns are some of the most consistent and accurate guns on a BB it feels a Lot like defence at Tier 6 without torpedoes. the ap which I mostly use chuncks battleships and cruisers get chuncked as well if you dont get to close. the overmatch is great and all with the fast reload and the booster it feels really good. What also suprised me was how Tanky she can be. im Not lying she can be devstruck and especially when you get close but if you play the Range Game you Can Heal back quite much and your guns do the Rest. overall I really like her and she is a nice Addition she fits very Well in T6 and Can hold her own very well in my oppinion.

The shells on Aberdeen are so floaty they can't do consistent damage beyond 15km. I'm considering switching Beyond Range to Piercer. Does the extra 4% pen make any meaningful difference?

I have finished the campaign on free and was wondering if I should spend the money to buy Aberdeen? I did for Roussillon and I have enjoyed that ship. Should I buy this time around?

Wargaming, where can we get the remaining 2,500 Dark Fragments?
I’ve completed all available missions, including Swamp Waters, and collected 15,000 Dark Fragments, but the ship costs 17,500.
In Brazil, we don’t have access to all the crates and offers available in other countries, which limits our ability to earn these resources.
If Wargaming gives Brazilian players the opportunity to unlock this ship, it should also provide enough resources to actually obtain it.
There are only 5 days left before the event ends, and there’s still no indication of where to get the remaining 2,500 fragments.
Does anyone know how to get them? Or will there be another reward or opportunity before the event ends that hasn’t been announced yet?

Just saw this kickstarter for a graphic novel about the USS Texas, apparently in conjunction with World of Warships.

I started not too long ago. I got my buddy to start playing with me shortly after. He plays destroyers and cruisers primarily, because he doesn’t like how slow and how long the reload is for battleships. :/
I explained to him you can either be fast and die fast or be slow and die slow and he just said “f••• you this game is ret••ded”. He struggles with the military simulator/realism games. I try to stick with him and help him but he just charges in there and then complains when a good player hits crit after crit and doesn’t understand why his tier 3 destroyer doesn’t do 10k damage.. he constantly says “I just want a good ship” and I explain to him it’s a grind for it or you can pay an absurd amount of money for one. Any advice on how he should play? Or a ship he should strive for? I feel like he should stick with cruisers but he got pissed when he found out the American cruisers don’t have torpedoes after tier 4 lol.

I haven’t played the Halloween event this year, mostly as I missed the first week as I was on holidays and then, on my return, started seeing the posts about the challenges associated with it.

I had been hoping to grab Ohio later in the year, I’m guessing that will be out of the question now?

I noticed that I have 5000 of the currency required to buy Rivers and after watching Xarkuns vid as well as the other vid posted in here a few hours ago, she looks like a great commander.

Will purchasing that commander with the currency affect my ability to get Ohio later this year?

So I can see being able to beat insane mode in a team with good communication; but I specifically play without voice comms and none of my irl friends care for this game. So I only queue with random people and without voice comms (too many bad experiences with rude gamers).

Now that I’ve unlocked the map I see we need an insane win to complete the final goal. I’ve played 20+ insane matches (ships and the good commander all max upgraded) and seen the final boss exactly twice in those attempts. In over half my matches, 1-2 teammates are dying in the first encounter. I’m doing the right things, hanging back and launching torps, laying smoke (which my team just Leroy Jenkins’s right past), saving my upgrades for the boss fight that never happens, and generally just watching blue team act like idiots.

In WG’s comments they suggested teaming up with squadron mates… ok well I don’t have any, so what then?

Maybe tell us the mode is not for solo players before we sink 2-3 weeks into trying to complete the season?

Me, I'd definitely have 'Sorry, my bad', 'Don't abandon the flank' and 'Fix the Bismarl' (one for the veterans).

I think im going to get the Florida tier 6 battleship becose i see my chances of getting a tier 8 from this cupon are shit and getting a solid tier 6 premium will help with premium shop quests. Im mainīt a battleship player and currently i only have accord as tier 6 premium ship and its not bad it just doesnt fit my exact style.

I’ve been playing since the open beta of WOWSL and throughout the years it’s been getting worse and worse with the monetization and with the matchmakin,lag and lack of good content I’ve been wanting to have a next gen update for a long while now where’s its a complete overhaul of the visuals and sound BUT for next gen only,I AM SICK absolutely fucking sick of how predatory the monetization is perfect examples being the Bismarck skin back in the day it was 750 then when it came back it skyrocketed to 2,750 FOR A SKIN it’s the most deplorable thing.

I love this game don’t get me wrong it’s the only alternative and I like the Azur lane stuff (when I don’t have to spent half my paycheck to buy a commander) but this shit needs to get fixed or stopped it’s ruining the game I fell in love with

My idea is make it more like PC wows and for the love of Christ a better visual and sound overhaul is needed I’ve been hearing the same gun sounds for almost 8 years and seeing the same 1080p ships.dont get me wrong i have the series X and its about time the devs give those with the series X a reason to keep playing like a better UI and improved visuals FOR NEXT GEN ONLY so that way it incentives old gen to buy an upgrade.

Why do so many bad players choose to play high tier games? Every week it’s the low point of my WoW Legends life to have to grind through tier VIII and legendary games to get my wins watching players on my team charge in and get decimated in the first three minutes of the match. Meanwhile I’ve racked up over 100k in damage yet can’t be proud of the fact I’m the number 1 loser on a team of losers. Please people, if you don’t know how to play the game stick to low level arcade games until you have a clue.
