Thought I’d give the spicy garlic parm a shot and it’s just not for me. I make a much better version. Love the primal kitchen mild; I add ghost pepper powder for more heat.

Smoked for an hour and a half on my Pit Boss then flash fried! Coated in a honey garlic rub I got from the butcher shop.

Simple Sunday night supper. Fried in peanut oil. Chopped celery and mac and cheese as sides.

Sweet and Sour fruit punch with bits of the gummy candy on them. 7 out of 10

1 tsp salt and baking powder per pound of wings for overnight

* Bake for 30 at 400, flip, again, then toss sauce, 10 at 400

I did 15 wings each with maybe 4 oz total of each seasoning sauce to coat without totally soaking. Blue cheese made in large tub of sour cream at 25% capacity.

--- Buffalo Sauce ---

• 4 part Frank's Red Hot

• 1 part butter unsalted

• 1 part vinegar

• splash of honey

• Garlic and a bit of onion powders

--- Garlic Parmesan ---

• 3 tbsp Butter

• 1 tsp Honey

• Garlic and a bit of onion powders

• Herbs

• Dollop of Mayonnaise

• Final rub: Parmesan

--- Lemon Pepper ---

• Watkins Chicken Seasoning

• Old Bay

• Lemon oil

• Lemon juice

After rub, toss in:

• Butter

--- Bleu Cheese Dip / Dressing ---

• Blue cheese crumbled

• 1 part Sour cream

• 1 part Mayonnaise

• splash buttermilk

• layer Salt and pepper

• 2 layer Herbs

• Squirt of lemon

• Splash of AC vinegar

Koreans make some of the best wings in my opinion, pair that with their delicious sides (especially their pickled radish) and you got magic baby. I got the holy trinity of hot buffalo, lemon pepper, and garlic soy.

First time using the ninja 8 in 1 pizza oven for wings.. one of the best methods I’ve found yet. Smoked at 275 for about 30 min then cranked it up to 425 for 10 min to crisp up the skin came out damn near perfect

I already ate 2 pcs when i realized the meat is all pink. The last one i ate also had a weird after taste that’s why i checked, but the texture doesn’t look like it’s undercooked? I ordered this and im currently in a hotel so no way to cook this. I have to throw all these 12pcs if undercooked 😞

The new Wingstop×Sour Patch Kids collab flavor was like sweet n sour sauce fruit punch turned up to 10.5ish. The little bits of topping were interesting on their own, but lost in the overall wing. It is fun novelty flavor for the right time of year. Not my favorite, not the worst. I'm sure laws and internet review would get in the way, but a fun trick or treat thing would have been fun. 1 in X amount were atomic or somthing extra sour.

Had some great hot Buffalo wings at RSAH in Boone, NC this week. Wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised at the deliciousness of their wings! Nice spot near App State
