Hey guys hope it’s ok to post this here. Not sure if I just missed it but I don’t think the roborg booth is present in the org fair? When are they going to set up?

A few months ago when I was in the process of enrolling I stalked APC hoping to find an org like this. So I’m really looking forward to applying as an officer. Do they accept freshmen?

With the ongoing APC FEST, I noticed that our friends from BMO and ITRO have also been going way beyond their office hours to assist student orgs for the setup of their events.

I am very thankful to their efforts and help. All organization events literally would not be possible without them. THANK YOU PO TALAGA ❤

To my fellow student leaders here, it would be a kind gesture to assist them in cleaning up kasi sunod-sunod setup nila dahil sunod-sunod din events this week.

I garnered all my courage to speak out what I've felt during the auditions, so, take my words with a grain of salt!

It was always my dream to join and be a part of the Great APC Band family. I've watched their amazing events amd performances for a while and have listened to their bands and solo artists grow in popularity in streaming platforms.

I'll be sharing how I've felt.

The hour I brought my instrument to school, shivers of nervousness and excitement came, I walked up the stairway to shoo away the adrenaline—glad it helped. Eager people were in line as I am for this day, which meant so much to us and them as well, we all felt the same thing, which was hope.

After near an hour of waiting in line to be called, wthere I was, walking in the auditorium, feet cold, legs shaking, fingers crossed, but head, high up as I say to myself "I can do this".

I was asked the regular information and then proceeded—

As I was setting up my surplus-bought strummer, a wave of pressure came across my veins. I still carried on. I stood up there on stage like I was a hero to my young and eager self who always dreamt of being part of a group of musicians.

and then...

I. fucked. up. ༎ຶ⁠‿⁠༎ຶ

i missed so much notes but I still carried on with confidence because I ain't no quitter.I then got back, locked in, and finished my two songs.

I was then asked about commitment, criticisms, and other stuff. I answered it as down to earth as I could be because in the end, I think it all narrows down to yourself as a person, not as a player.

I walked out of the auditorium with a less shakey body, but rather a more hopeful look on myself because I did my nest that day.

I can't wait anymore for the results.

Ps. This is not a hate post

I've been hearing multiple issues regarding how Org Fair 2024 is being managed and it didn't even start yet. It's just sad that almost all organizations (at least orgs that I'm a part of) have been preparing and sacrificing their time and effort to make this memorable but some of them are getting unnecessary hate from misinformation and competition.

I do hope someone steps forward to set things straight 'coz it's very tiring na and everyone feels unmotivated because of these mishaps.
