ACTION! 2026 Midterm Voting Guide: Registration, Early Voting, Mail Ballots & Election Day!

Hey r/WayOfTheBern!

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2026! Voting rules and deadlines vary by state, so here are some official resources to help you make a plan to vote!

Quick reminders:

  • Early voting is already underway in many states!
  • Voting by mail? Check your deadlines and return your ballot early.
  • Not sure you're registered? It only takes a moment to check!

1. Make Sure You're Registered

It's worth checking even if you've voted before, especially if you've moved or changed your name.

Many registration deadlines have passed, but some states still allow registration during early voting or on Election Day!

Turning 18 by November 3? You may be eligible to vote if you're a U.S. citizen and meet your state's other requirements.

2. Pick How You'll Vote

Vote early, in person!

Early voting is already open in many states, sometimes with evening and weekend hours.

NASS – Early Voting by State

Vote by mail / absentee ballot

USA.gov – Absentee & Mail Voting

  • Request your ballot soon if your state requires an application.
  • Follow the instructions and sign where required.
  • Return it early! Check your state's deadline for returning ballots. USPS recommends mailing at least a week before your ballot must arrive. Short on time? Check for official drop boxes or in-person return options.
  • Track your ballot! Many states offer online ballot tracking.

Military or overseas voter? Visit FVAP.gov.

Vote on Election Day!

Tuesday, November 3! Polling hours vary by state, so double-check before heading out.

3. Know Before You Go

  • Where to vote: NASS – Find Your Polling Place. Locations can change, and early-voting sites may differ from Election Day sites.
  • What ID to bring: NASS – ID Requirements by State. You don't need your voter registration card, but some voters, including certain first-time voters, may need ID.
  • What's on your ballot: Many local election offices provide sample ballots online so you can see the races and measures before voting.

4. Good to Know at the Polls

  • In line when polls close? Stay in line! If you're already in line when the polls close, you can still vote!
  • Name not on the voter list? Ask a poll worker about a provisional ballot or other options available in your state.
  • Need assistance? Voters with disabilities have the right to accessible voting and can request help.

5. Questions or Problems?

Your state or local election office is the best place for official answers.

The nonpartisan Election Protection Hotline can also help:

  • English: 866-OUR-VOTE (866-687-8683)
  • Español: 888-VE-Y-VOTA (888-839-8682)
  • Asian languages: 888-API-VOTE (888-274-8683)
  • Arabic: 844-YALLA-US (844-925-5287)

Your vote is your voice! Voting is one of the most important ways to have a say in the issues that affect your community and your future.

Make a plan, get out there, and cast your vote!

Please share this guide with friends, family, or anyone who might find it helpful!

See you at the polls!

One trick that this bastard called Bill Gates uses is to operate through local proxies that have names specifically intended to mislead people.

So you will see "Nutrition Society of Nigeria" and think that this entity has some kind of governmental recognition - meanwhile it has no such thing.

It's literally just a random NGO funded by Bill Gates which is attempting to write itself into law and execute one of the biggest power grabs ever attempted in African public policy history!

HaHaHaHaHa!!!! France’s foreign minister is ANGRY over Pro-Iranian accounts TROLLING the French government as protests rock France. The irony: France openly backed protests in Iran. Now Iranian accounts are throwing that rhetoric right back at them. The parallels are uncanny. Karma is a powerful thing @jnbarrot

BREAKING NEWS Al Jazeera: Eisenkot bloc ‘ahead’ of Netanyahu camp

Here's Al Jazeera's live coverage of the Israeli election.

Israel election results live: Eisenkot bloc ‘ahead’ of Netanyahu camp

  • Exit polls show there is no outright winner in Israel’s election but suggest the main Jewish-led opposition alliance is slightly ahead of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s coalition, with neither side, however, able to secure a majority.

  • According to the projections, the opposition bloc would win 52-53 seats in the 120-seat Knesset, while the Netanyahu camp would have 50 seats. Arab parties are projected collectively to win 17-18 seats, improving on their previous performance four years ago.

Israel has many parties, and I believe that no party has ever had an actual majority of 61 members. So the largest parties try to form a 61+ member coalition with smaller parties. I believe the party with the most members gets to try forming a coalition first, and if they fail the next-largest gets to try next.

The media coverage of Gaza broke something in the false consciousness framework that even Vietnam couldn’t fully break.

Vietnam happened before social media. The images were controlled. The body count was managed. The narrative had gatekeepers.

Gaza happened in real time, narrated by the people living it, on platforms that bypassed every editorial decision about what a Western audience was ready to see.

And what the Western audience saw, millions of them, especially young ones, was the gap.

The gap between what their governments said about human rights and what their governments did.

The gap between the coverage of one refugee crisis and another.

The gap between the vocabulary used for one population’s suffering and the vocabulary used for another’s.

That gap is not new. It has always existed.

What’s new is that an entire generation saw it at the same time, without the mediation of institutions that had spent decades learning how to make it invisible.

The mirror cracked.

Not because Gaza changed the West.

Because Gaza was visible in a way the West’s previous choices were not.

Claude Code just found proof that every app on your phone is listening to your conversations. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat. they're using what you say out loud to build your feed. i have the data to prove it.

i've suspected this for months but last week something happened that made me finally check.

i was on a call with my friend and told him i'm thinking about breaking up with my girlfriend. didn't text it. didn't search it. just said it out loud with my phone on the table. two hours later she opens TikTok next to me and her entire feed is breakups. "signs your relationship is over." "how to heal after a breakup." she looked at me and said "why is TikTok showing me this." i said i don't know. but i did know.

i connected my iPhone to my MacBook and ran Claude Code that same night.

it scanned every app's background microphone activity for the last 90 days. not just the apps that asked for microphone permission. apps that were supposed to only have access to photos or location but were activating the microphone anyway.

what it found:

→ TikTok activated the microphone 347 times while the app was "closed" in the background
→ Instagram → 211 background activations
→ Facebook → 189
→ Snapchat → 94

every activation lasted between 3 and 15 seconds. enough to catch a sentence. every one of them tagged a keyword and cached it locally on the phone with a timestamp.

Claude Code pulled the full keyword cache:

→ "breakup" — tagged 4 hours before her feed changed
→ "moving out" — from a conversation with my mom last Tuesday
→ "wedding venue" — from a call with my sister about her engagement that i never searched once
→ "protein powder" — said it out loud to my roommate, had ads for it within an hour
→ "flight to tokyo" — mentioned it at dinner, saw travel ads the same night

those keywords were sitting in a local cache on my phone organized by app with timestamps. TikTok had the most entries. Instagram was second. every single keyword matched a conversation i had out loud near my phone.

the scariest one was "wedding venue." my sister told me she's getting engaged on a private call. i never searched it. never typed it. within a day my explore page had engagement rings and venue tours.

then Claude Code checked a second phone in the same room. my girlfriend's. same keywords. same timestamps. both phones were picking up the same conversation and tagging it independently.

i asked Claude Code how to shut it down. it mapped every app's microphone access and built a permission audit.

what i did:

→ revoked microphone access from every app that doesn't need it to function
→ disabled background app refresh for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat
→ turned off "Hey Siri" which keeps the microphone in passive listening mode 24/7
→ revoked "nearby interaction" permission which uses ultrasonic audio between devices

Claude Code confirmed all four apps lost background microphone access after the changes. i checked her phone too. same steps. took about 3 minutes per phone.

within 48 hours both our feeds went completely random. generic content. nothing personal. nothing from our conversations. that's when i knew for sure it was real.

the full step by step and the prompt are in the first reply. takes 3 minutes. save it so you don't lose it and send it to anyone who's ever said "my phone is definitely listening to me." it is. now you can prove it and shut it down.

Perhaps for this reason, and despite the shocking adjustment, the government continues with the purchase of F-16 aircraft from Denmark, although consulted sources have indicated that the continuation of the operation will depend on the support of the United States. And although it may seem incredible, the Argentine government has just launched the Argentine Military Adjustment and Reequipment Plan (Plan ARMA) through Decree 314/2026, with the idea of modernizing the Armed Forces by financing acquisitions with 10% of the revenue from privatizations of public companies and 70% from the sale of Defense-owned properties throughout the country.

On Protests/Elections in SERBIA

Here is KRIK - US National Endowment for Democracy-funded Serbian propaganda, promoting and celebrating the "Student List" victory...

I provide a screenshot from NED's own official website admitting KRIK's NED funding and its US government-backed directives: https://ned.org/democracy-story/serbian-grantee-kirk-fact-checks-coronavirus-pandemic-monitors-governments-response/

Again, stop doing analysis by ideology, by emotional euphoria, by headlines and handshakes, and FOLLOW THE MONEY.

If you didn't follow the money, you know nothing about what is actually happening except what you "think" you heard.

your iphone can be fully hacked just by visiting a website. without clicking a thing. and most people don’t even know this exists yet

it’s called DarkSword

google’s threat intelligence team found it and it’s been active since late 2025

it chains six different iOS vulnerabilities together to completely take over your phone the moment you land on a malicious page

you don’t click anything, you don’t download anything, you just visit the site

once it’s in, it deploys something called Ghostblade. this thing grabs your messages, call history, contacts, saved passwords, photos, location, iCloud files, even your health data

then it specifically goes hunting for crypto apps like coinbase, binance, metamask, phantom, exodus, ledger, trezor, and more. it looks for your seed phrases and account data

the worst part is after it takes everything, it deletes itself. cleans up its own traces and shuts down so you never even know it happened

your wallet gets drained and you’re sitting there confused thinking you got phished somewhere

it’s been used in ukraine, turkey, and the middle east so far. some of the groups using it are reportedly government-linked

if you’re running iOS 18.4 through 18.7 you need to update right now. apple has patched it but only if you actually install the update. go to settings, check for updates, do it today not tomorrow

and stop storing seed phrases on your phone

Drip-Drip-Drip.... Trump Talks Peace While the CIA Is Fueling the War in Ukraine. ¦ Larry Johnson

This has been how the CIA operates for decades.

That is not a strategy. It is a contradiction that the American people are paying for at the pump, and that the Ukrainians are paying for with their lives. If Washington wants peace, it should stop being a combatant. If it wants to fight Russia, it should have the honesty to say so, to Congress and to the voters, before the midterms rather than after. What it cannot keep doing is both, and pretending it is doing neither.

The riots in France, Spain and Italy are staged by a hidden hand. WEF. Switzerland, where the 1% Coordinate Against the 99%. If a mayor catastrophe ever happens, it will be 100% staged by them. Take a look at those who you cannot expose because they quietly hide behind these institutions.

They are the old world and they are pushing one final attempt at controlling the new world that is coming. They are the main obstacle for a new world where open source, distributed governance, privacy conscious society is possible.

They call themselves the "elite" but they have no real attributes that makes them standout. They call themselves rulers but they are constantly concealing and hiding behind falsely neutral countries, something a true leader would never do.They can't even go through basic questioning with the public.

The world is controlled by old families from a pre industrial world. They say new world order but they are the main obstacle for that to happen.

They pretend to be rulers but they are constantly hiding behind institutions that operate with a false neutrality and concealing their intentions as if they were afraid of people.

The world economic forum located in switzerland has one goal. That the rest of you owns nothing. While the country they serve owns everything. Their top leadership is swiss.

This is not about left vs right, this is about them vs us.

When are you going to stop fighting each other and unite to expose them all?.

Slouching toward Kaliningrad, NATO dismisses a nuclear threat

https://responsiblestatecraft.org/kaliningrad-nato-russia/

During the Cold War, the exclave of West Berlin, isolated in the middle of Communist East Germany, was regarded as one of the most dangerous potential flashpoints for a conflict between the Soviet Union and the West. Indeed, Joseph Stalin’s blockade of land access to the city in 1948-49 came close to triggering a new war, until the U.S. and Britain proved able to supply the population by air.

It is a pity, if not altogether surprising, that Western leaders gave no thought to this history before extending NATO membership to Poland and Lithuania, thereby isolating the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad (Koenigsberg in the former German East Prussia) behind NATO lines. It is now common for Western security analysts to describe the “Suwalki Gap”... as the most dangerous point in the growing Russia-NATO confrontation. Yet they carefully omit to recall that it was NATO, not Russia, that made it so.

Kaliningrad is the headquarters of the Russian Baltic Fleet and a base for Russian medium-range nuclear missiles. It is also internationally-recognized Russian territory. In U.S. terms, it is as if Pearl Harbor found itself isolated in the middle of Chinese-controlled territory.

President Vladimir Putin and the Russian government have stated recently that if NATO blockades Kaliningrad, Russia will respond with nuclear weapons if necessary; every member of the Russian establishment with whom I have spoken has said the same. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, displaying the smirking, strutting frivolity that he has made his trademark, responded that he does “not take this seriously.”

It may seem that NATO countries could not possibly be so crazy as to run the appalling risks involved in imposing a blockade on Kaliningrad; but in fact they have twice suggested moves in this direction.

… at the very same time that Sikorski was saying Russia is so weak in the Baltic region that NATO can threaten it with impunity, other Polish officials were warning of the likelihood of an impending Russian attack on NATO to “test” the alliance.

A U.S. security establishment that goes into hysterics when a Chinese balloon flies over America is in no position to accuse anyone else of paranoia, and nor are European security figures who allow a few minor acts of arson to spook them into declaring that “we are already at war with Russia.” If the West blockades Kaliningrad, they may learn what a real war with Russia is like.

In old allegorical paintings of Prudence, she is often portrayed holding a mirror. This symbolizes her capacity for self-awareness and self-examination, that in turn leads her to modesty and a better understanding of others. For all our sakes, it would be better if European governments spent less time shouting in Russia’s face and more time examining their own.

Wondering how Brazil broke the far-right wave in Latin America?

Mailer from BreakThrough News, copy/pasted below:

Below, we've compiled some of the most important moments. Before you dive in, we strongly recommend these new piece from Vijay Prashad and Pablo Merigueton Lula's victory:

Under the mantle of the "Donroe Doctrine," Washington has pursued an aggressive program of promoting and installing  far-right governments across the hemisphere over the past year. Brazil could have been one of the last dominoes to fall, but it held strong.

To triumph in the election, Lula had to face down not only Bolsonaro and Washington, but a host of forces ranging from Argentina's Milei to Silicon Valley. Behind him stood millions of Brazilians determined to prevent the return of Bolsonarismo to power. The element of mass mobilization proved absolutely pivotal.

To get a sense of the stakes at hand—start with Zoe Alexandra's brief three-minute explainers:

Then, dig deeper with these introductory articles from Pablo Meriguet and Vijay Prashad:

When you're ready for more, we recommend these long-form interviews (video):
