With talk of a possible return to Italy, I do wonder whether Bove will get enough time to settle at Watford. I'd like to see him have a proper run here before any big decision is made. What do you think?

The frustrating thing is that we often get ourselves into decent positions but don't always make the most of them. At this level, you can't expect to win games if you're wasting clear opportunities. The defence can only do so much, and our attacking players need to start delivering when it matters. Hopefully we see a more clinical performance against Wolves because we'll need it

I think Kjerrumgaard's goal against Charlton could be important for his confidence. He reacted quickly to the rebound and was in the right place to finish, which is exactly what you want from a striker. If he can keep getting into those positions, he could become a really useful option for Watford over the coming weeks.

The clean sheet against Charlton was encouraging, but the Burnley and Cardiff results showed how quickly things can unravel when the team loses its shape. Wolves will test us in different ways, and I want to see how we respond when we're under sustained pressure. Staying compact has to be a priority.

There was a time when we were flying high in the Premier League and no one had any complaints. While many were skeptical of the Udinese/Granada connection, it seemed to be working, despite the managerial merry-go-round. Then came the Cup Final and CoVid and something changed. Was Troy really keeping it all together? My take is that football itself changed, and we couldn't keep up financially, and then the dominoes started to fall.

Dionisi is under pressure after the recent results, and it's difficult to argue that performances have been good enough. But we've seen Watford go through managers at a ridiculous rate over the years, and the same problems keep coming back. If the club decides to make another change, what would actually need to be different this time for it to work?

I'm not expecting a manager in his first season to fix everything overnight, especially with injuries and players working their way back to full fitness. But these results are becoming impossible to ignore. A 4-0 defeat to Burnley followed by a 5-1 loss at Cardiff is nowhere near good enough, and now Charlton are coming to Vicarage Road. We need more than explanations, we need to see actual improvement on the pitch.

In my utter despair last night I had a thought of what we’d rather have:

A squad who plays for each other and a manager in League One without the Pozzos

If we somehow turned it around and got mid table obscurity in the Championship.

I think I’m so sick of mercenaries and the manager roundabout that I’d happily drop down a division if it meant we could get any sense of our identity back.

As a long time fan I’ve just felt more and more alienated by the club with a complete lack of anything to hold on to with pride.

He has a special connection with Watford, so his comments carry a lot of meaning. I think the problems go beyond one bad result and the club needs to find a clear direction. Going 4-0 down before the whistle for half time even blew was horrific to watch. We look so fragile the second we concede an early goal, and there’s zero leadership at the back to calm things down.

I think this season is going to be the worst season ever, a team full of mercenaries, no identity, owners make it worse with their manager circus and despite all that pozzo has done for this club financially, I think it’s time they pack their bags and go.

Hi, I am a palace fan who lives in Cardiff going to watch the game today (in the cardiff end). I have a flight the next morning at 6:25 from luton airport to Lyon for our Europa league game on thursday. i clearly didn’t think this through and assumed there would be a a late train back to london, but instead the last train is at 21:20 which is before the game finishes. I was wondering if anyone was driving home and had a spare seat in their car😅. I would pay for petrol and would be good company whether you win lose or draw! It’s a big ask, but i’m starting to run out of ideas🙏
