Well folks, we did it: 100K MEMBERS. We survived the rough early days, the recent invasion by bots er I mean undocumented posters, even this week's bizarre Eliot Ness slaps Frank Nitti fetish threads. We couldna done it w/o you - so give us your thoughts: on where the sub's been, & where it's going

Produced by Hanna-Barbera at the height of KISS mania, the made-for-TV movie turned Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Ace Frehley and Peter Criss into superheroes battling a mad inventor and robotic KISS impostors.

Initially panned and disliked by the band, the bizarre rock ’n’ roll adventure eventually became a cult classic

Some quirks of the local stations during this time.....

CBS affiliate WCCO didn't carry the CBS Morning News, in favor of local children's programming, so the ABC affiliate (KMSP) carried the live feed of it.

KMSP delayed broadcast The Dick Cavett Show by one hour and aired The Wild, Wild West reruns at 10:30 pm instead.

CBS was in its last year of a four year period with zero daytime game shows on its schedule after To Tell The Truth went off the air in September 1968. Game shows returned in September 1972 with The Joker's Wild & The New Price Is Right.

WCCO stretched out its late night newscast to 50 minutes thereby delaying CBS's The Merv Griffin Show for 20 minutes. Griffin would be gone from CBS's late night schedule the following year and started with his syndicated Metromedia show which was very successful and ended in 1986.

'Ready & Willing'. After 'McHale' Joe Flynn was so desperate to play leads he did this dim Dragnet spoof. Might've worked as a sketch, but can't support a whole ep. W/Jack Weston, Lola Albright (wasted by H'wood as usual), Kathleen Freeman (not Dragnet w/o her), & briefly, Susan Saint James (1967)

Sorry I need help finding live action tv shows and movies that feature and display Chipmunk voices, Fast motion, sped up, fast forward gags, and time lapse scenes!
Hi I’m a huge fan of fast motion, sped up , fast forward, & time lapses scenes in movies and tv shows! I need help finding as many tv shows and episodes that use this cinematic photography! Examples of this can be car chases, Kung fu movies, building and moving items around, how the clouds move in the sky, people chasing other people, a few random montages to help illustrate the storyline better, and comedy with gags and people speaking so unintelligent that you can’t understand what they’re saying with high pitched chipmunk voices! If anyone can help and find anything don’t hesitate to reach out, I need all the help I can get! 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

On the half hour daytime Soap Opera "Dark Shadows" Barnabas Collins was portrayed by Jonathan Frid starting June 27th, 1966 and the World hasn't been the same ever since.
