At first it worked normally and he ran horizontally like shown in videos, but at some point he always started running upwards and i cant get it to work anymore. Does anyone know what my mistake might be?

I'm only getting 30 to 40 fps in uncharted among thieves. I saw a video on YouTube where someone was getting 60fps on 1080p using with an rx580. I have an rtx 4060 and still the fps is not going above 40 fps and sometimes it dips to the 20s. Anyone know what might be the cause of this ?

The settings I'm using are:

Presentation: mailbox

Framerate: 120fps

Resolution: 1080p

Upscaling : smooth (bilinear)

Sharpening: medium

Antialiasing: off

Frame gen : off

I’ve been working on a mod manager for this new port that just came out. So far, I’ve mainly added a hit marker, as I’m trying to make the shooting feel closer to Uncharted 4.
I’m curious to hear what kind of improvements you’d like to see in the older games. Gameplay tweaks, QoL features, visual changes, anything really! If there’s something you’ve always wanted to see added or changed, let me know. Maybe I can make it happen!

Since when did Uncharted 4 have these creepy horror shots, bruh?

I was on my second playthrough on Crushing difficulty. Since Naughty Dog loves leaving so many tiny details, I was scouring the entire house inch by inch to find out where Evelyn was hiding before making her grand appearance. I was maybe expecting a locked door that we couldn't open, with her possibly being behind it, or maybe she was just playing hide n seek with us and we'd never actually see her during gameplay.

Unfortunately, nothing worth noting. Well, the cutscene starts playing, and she's gonna come out of nowhere with a gun as usual, so there goes my search for her, I thought.

I completely let my guard down, feeling disappointed, and then BOOM, I see this monstrosity peeking through the door. This was hella scary lol

Upon closer inspection, she doesn't even look like Evelyn. Different hairstyle, different dress, different body proportions, and even her face doesn't seem that similar. So Naughty Dog decided to put in a creepy figurine that's not even Evelyn to give you that sense of "OOOO someone's watching you, you have to be afraid", and holy shit, it got me. This game is so effin good.

Hi all. I may be walking into a lion's den by asking this, but I would appreciate some helpful opinions.

I own all of the Uncharted games. I completed the first one, and as much as I wanted to love it, it was very much gunfight, move on, gunfight, move on, gunfight etc.

I had a similar experience with Gears of War, although I enjoyed this series immensely, particularly 2 and 3, due to the interesting squadmates, fabulous world-building and weapon and enemy variety.

My question is (as I know this is a hugely popular series) is it worth me sticking at it? The settings look beautiful and the set-pieces look exciting, but does the gameplay remain gunfight after gunfight or is there enough around that to make it worth my while?

I started with the third game. It was also by complete unawareness.

I was in my local game shop and they had a 2 for 1 section and the game I really wanted was there. So I grabbed it. Didn’t know what to pick up for the second. I remember being torn between two games and ended up grabbing uncharted 3.

Played a few hours of the game that I wanted to buy. Decided to check out uncharted 3 and finished the story without going back to the other game.

Setup Process:

1. Download the Uncharted PC Runtime Emulator, extract it, and save it in your preferred location.
2. Download and extract the ShadPS4 PKG Extractor.
3. Download the whole Drive files one by one.
4. If files are downloaded in ZIP format, extract the downloaded ZIP file. Make sure all game files and the update file are in the same folder.
5. Create a new, empty folder outside the extracted folders for easy, clean and systematic installation.
6. Extract "EP9000-CUSA02343_00-UNCHARTEDTRILOGY-A0100-V0100-[DLPSGAME.COM].part1" into the new folder.Note: You only need to extract Part 1. The remaining parts will be extracted automatically.
7. Copy the Patch Update PKG file into the same folder. You should now have 2 PKG files.
8. Open the "ShadPs4Plus-PkgExtractor-1.1-windows" folder and locate "pkg_extractor.exe". Do not run it directly.
9. Drag and drop the extracted Game PKG file onto "pkg_extractor.exe". A terminal window will open and begin extracting the files. Wait for the process to finish.
10. Repeat the same process with the Patch Update PKG file.
11. You should now have two folders: "CUSA02343" and "CUSA02343-patch".
12. Copy everything from "CUSA02343-patch" into "CUSA02343". Replace existing files if prompted.
13. Open the Uncharted PC Runtime Emulator folder containing "PlayUncharted.exe" and "Uncharted.exe". Paste the "CUSA02343" folder here.
14. Launch the emulator using "Uncharted.exe", not "PlayUncharted.exe".
15. Go to the Game tab in the left sidebar and configure the following:

Game Folder: Select the "CUSA02343" folder.
Saves Folder: Create a new folder anywhere on your PC and select it.

1. Return to the Play tab. If everything is configured correctly, you should see "CUSA02343 ~ version01.01" above the Library text.

2. Go to the Display tab and configure the following settings:

Presentation: Mailbox
Framerate: 60 / 120
Window Size: Your Choice
Upscaling: FSR1
Sharpening: Medium
Anti-Aliasing: Based on Your GPU
Anti-Aliasing Sharpness: Medium
Frame Gen: On / Off (Your Choice, but i'll say to avoid it as it can cause crashes.)
Multiplier: x2

1. Return to the Play tab and launch your desired game.

Is it possible to reset your stats (under statistics) in some way, or are they linked to your playstation account and even deleting your save data won't reset them?

Yesterday was amazing. I went to the London MCM Con and I met Nolan North, the actor who played Nathan Drake in the Uncharted games. He was really great to talk to and he told me some really interesting stuff. First, I asked him to sign my copy of the Uncharted set with 1, 2 and 3 and then I asked him who was his favourite character he’s ever played and he said Nate since he believes it’s his most important role since it’s what most people know him as. I then asked him what was his favourite moment from the series. He said it was mainly a lot of the making of the series since he said he and everyone else has a great time making the games and he befriended everyone onboard. I then told him how the second game is my favourite and one of my favourite video games of all time and he told me something he loves is the things you do in them like when you have to save Elena or Chloe or fighting Lazarević. He then told me about how Graham McTavish, the guy who played Lazarević, and him became really great friends and he was really excited when they asked him to come back and play Cutter in the third game. I then spoke about how I feel like the series was heavily inspired by Indiana Jones, especially in the third game when Nate is trying to rescue Sully from the tanks and how that’s very similar to the tank scene in The Last Crusade and he said he actually never realised that before. I then mentioned how it’s interesting for me personally because I’ve never been the biggest Indiana Jones fan, but I personally like Uncharted more, I just find it more enjoyable and he was really happy to hear that. Then, for the photo, behind me, I was talking to a guy dressed as Nate and I asked if I could borrow his ring since he was wearing Francis Drake’s ring around his neck. Nolan since said he’s hoping for a fifth Uncharted game. Overall, it was just incredible to meet him and see another video game protagonist.

I know I can search it up and realized that I got England and al-Basra right but I have a hard time understanding which is Malik and the 2nd guy that's unknown (at least to me, sorry if the game said or I read Sam's text too fast/focused on getting the pictures done)... I just want to understand the logic behind it... I suck at puzzles a whole lot but I this I actively tried to understand, especially since it let me play with the papers...

It is crashing again and again at this part with Bilal Muhammad's uncharted PC recomp. Uncharted 1 and 2 run flawlessly at 60-100 fps but when it comes to uncharted 3 it runs fine till chapter 1 but after I enter chapter 2 it runs fine till it reaches this part. It crashes with this error code 23 after it no matter what the settings are. Or whatever configuration I am choosing. Please help me out, I want to finish this game :(, AND HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE I AM SICK OF ITT!! Also I am on the latest version still crashes regardless. I have tried everything to no fruition...

The heist mission was so cool, The gunplay is already a big step up, it feels a lot smoother and animations look cleaner. Dude this game looks… INSANE. That section where you’re running from the truck in that tight alleyway was so awesome I eat those parts up. The cutscenes are beautiful, the character models are impressive, I’m invested.. Chloe is sorta cool, she seems deceptive, I miss Elena lol. But I heard she makes a comeback in this game. No spoilers please! But this game is awesome dude
PS out of all the guns so far I like the FAL it sounds dope and has a punch to it
