Undergraduate or Graduate Admissions Odds of getting in?

I am in state with a 3.5 ut core gpa and a 30 act score. Took 3 aps, made a 5,3,3. Pretty much all but 1 of my highschool classes were honors/accelerated or dual enrollment. 4 years varsity sport, other than that my extracurriculars were pretty lackluster. UT is definitely in my top choices, would love to know what my odds might be of getting accepted.

if you're in state I feel like that's a guarantee almost. I'm from Knox and had a 3.9 gpa a 31 act, was in band all 4 years and I got in during early admissions.

Apply really and that sounds like you meet the guaranteed admissions. I think the application deadline is the 1st though, so I would get the application done now if you haven't already

Guaranteed admission is a 4.0 and a 24 from what I’ve seen

Or top 10% of your class. Either way I imagine you should get in as long as your essays and everything else are fine.

Is 3.5 weighted or not?

If you have over a 26 gpa and in state I was told by a representative of utk that you’re guaranteed in. This was in 2025 though so it might have changed.

Guaranteed is if you have a 24 and also have a 4.0 weighted GPA

Depends on the major, Engineering has higher requirements than some of the others but I would think you’re good.

LOL, I’d never get admitted with today’s standards.
