Question If two Trojans cheat on their non-USC partners with each other, is it really cheating, or is USC just maintaining its own community?💀
Guys, I need genuine advice because I’ve been dating my partner for almost two years, and things have been great. They’re supportive, loyal, and genuinely my best friend. The only problem is they don’t go to USC.
Ever since starting my program, I’ve realized that Trojans have a different kind of connection. We suffer through the same group projects, complain about the same professors, and understand the unique trauma of being a USC student. Recently, I met someone at USC who I genuinely vibe with, and it got me thinking about the ethics of dating within your own university community.
Obviously, cheating is wrong. But hypothetically, if I cheated on my partner with another Trojan, would that be worse because we go to the same school, or more understandable because we share a common experience?
Like, if two Trojans cheat on their non-USC partners with each other, is that betrayal or just school spirit? 😭✌️
