For now, the balance between DBow vs DBlade was heavily favored for DBow. But now it will have -1 AD (8 AD originally nerfed to 7 AD next patch). What do you guys think, it's time to test Dblade again?

Even if i just dodged a q and e of him and attack with full fury he will still beat me.

His q has a short cd and seems difficult to dodge because the animation is fast and has a big hitbox

Mix of dmg and hp is always a problem for me

Thats why i hate playing against champs like morde, sett, darius,....

I just played a 40 minute shitsmasher miserable match as Tryndamere.
I was laning against Heimerdinger top, they had Nafiiri mid, Lee Sin JG, and a Zyra Viktor bot.

They were impossible to engage or stick on to, they stacked movement speed and hourglass and would just run away easily.

I somehow won lane even though it sucked ass.

We couldn’t win any teamfights, enemy had dragon soul.

I’ve pushed them into open nexus, the enemy team is in my base, my team is able to stall, I teleport into their base and have a free win.

Except the enemy Zyra meets me there.. I flash across the nexus.. get the nexus to 1 hp.. and I fail to hit R.
Gg we lose.

How do you cope with failing R in the most obvious throw way?

Do you prefer the yellow, red or blue one if you sidelane?

For context. I reach diamond for the first time playing mostly Tryndamere top and J4 jungle.

From time to time on r/TryndamereMains show up a thread about build. What is the best?! And to clarify once for all time - build doesn't matter - as it used to say boxerpete.

I mean guys you should focus on your weakness like backs timers, jungle tracking, when to shove, how to play from behind etc. In general FUNDAMENTALS!

Don't get me wrong. Build is important but it will not carry you. I don't know when build starts to be crucial. But if you are probably below the grandmaster it is much more important to fix your lack of fundamentals.

I'm running all builds. All items. And as long as I make good decisions it doesn't matter as long as you understand what you are doing.

I start and i think thats golden. Its all nice to slice them like carrots spiny spinspin like good old fidget spinner, but for me its and has to be. When u are obv in strong position, good tempo and someone from ur team ACTUALLY see it, takes his ego away and helps u trying to play around you. And the best thing and worst same time it can be anyrole anyone, bad part is that its not obv for my Emerald teammates. But supports give me the best feeling and believe that human race is not that bad. Imagine Rell jumping there WOOOOOOOOOOOOAH! Leona is next to u. She stun them makes them standing dinner. Ofcourse thats everygame and never ever happend to me that i was strongSTRONG and could win that for my team but it ended up like u get Bubu from Nami u ult still believe u can make it and slice slice. But no. They survive with hit to go or flash away and the ones who are suppose to help u or win that for you with Aslan mentalinty, are there yes but dead or they came after u die. Or there is bonus thing. How many times u repeat NO ULT NO FIGHT and there is some1 from ur team total Eminem engage Hardcore Henry and u are there with 10s on R facing decision u are not supposed to make. In those times i think about FOR ASLANNNN Mentality apes together strong. PS: Emerald is mental test. But u can use it as tool to make yourself more stronger in the mind. Hi everyone im a silver/gold toplaner and i wanted to build a champ pool for my self, so i found tryndamere and olaf as fun picks to have, now what i need is what to build and wich runes to go on trynda in diffrent matchups, if u have a video or guide or anything i would be appreciated to give it to me :D.

This summoner spell is broken and has been broken for a long time. Trynd just didn’t need it till the ghost nerfs however long ago it’s been.

Had a few long sit down sesh’s and tried it out myself after complaining about it for the millionth time in one of my games… went from high D1 to 400lp masters in one day

This summoner spell is a massive cop out that saves you from situations where you should die or be kited out. Abuse it until riot inevitably finally nerfs this abomination of a sum

I tried to OTP Tryndamere and I made it to platinum with 54% win rate so far, but my consistency for winning lane itself isn’t too high.
I’ve won a few games by splitpush and macro even after feeding.

Do you guys feel like Trynd is feast or famine? Is he truly a 10/0 or 0/10 champ?

What type of comps you do see and go “oh this is gunna be a good Trynd game”

Not sure how good exhaust/ignite is with the LT set up, but I have been absolutely killing it going Exhaust + ignite L.T/Tri-Alac-Ls-CashBack-Approach.

Lolalytics and most stat sites show exhaust/flash with the LT set up as Trynds best set up as Trynd has back-loaded damage and exhaust helps extend fights after Trynd reaches the 50% hp mark where his damage peaks.

My question is what's everyone's thoughts on Exhaust/Ignite vs melee match ups?

been learning jg with tryn and its been pretty fun and going well and feels amazing. tons of enemies dont expect the fury damage and ult survivability

I know some people wont consider this as true GM (I dont really do) since the LP cutoff for LAS is only at around 850LP, so I will be aiming for Brazil GM next which is much closer to NA in terms of player base. Still, being a top 500 player in a moderately sized server is pretty cool. For comparison LAS has approximately half the player base of NA, and obviously not that many pro players playing on it

The only light i see is that in order to keep his shield up he must push so we can farm under tower

I know that botrk is quite bad as a first item because you don't really have the attack speed yet to really make it work because you need around 2.0 attack speed first.

If that's the case then why not go an attack speed item first like pd/yun tal and then go botrk immediately after, ie or armor pen third. That is a pretty good core which will let you duel into practically anyone. Ideally you would go lethal tempo to maximize it.

I've tried pd -> Swifty -> botrk -> IE with nimbus cloak and celerity in the secondary rune and it feels really good having the base ms to dodge and run people down and having the damage to just shred them, even works well when you're behind cuz you just need to get two items and you're online.

If they have a well rounded average team thats usually what i build in this order, thoughts?

I know that many skip hydra and prefer crit first.

Understandable but hydra gives me so much more safe play in lane. Also we push and clear camps (20+ in the game i try to invade as much as possible if we are even or ahead) so fast and never run out of hp

The weakness is maybe no additional ms or slows.

I use approach velocity and magic boots with +10ms to compensate a little. EH comes in as 4. Item, maybe too late for some

Also i really hope that IE makes a comback. But so far almost nobody seems to build it. The other options seem to offer more
