Professors: What do you judge students on other than grades/tests/participation?
Do you judge where we choose to sit in class? What we are wearing? If we are taking notes? Physical vs digital notes? I want to know everything that is judged but not graded

Why do so many texts (e.g. books, magazine issues or online articles) mention both Kurt Cobain and Sailor Moon?
I've noticed masses of times that both Kurt Cobain and Sailor Moon will be mentioned in the same book, article or magazine issue for some reason.
Here are some examples (but only a selection of the many examples I have come across):
- The Bustle article '12 Things Every Good 90s Pop Concert Had'
- The Huffpost article '1990 Things From The 90s To End The Nostalgia Once And For All'
- Another Huffpost article called 'VSCO Girls And E-Girls: How To Tell The Difference Between TikTok Subcultures'
- The book Stylepedia by Fashionary
- The book Style Tribes: The Fashion of Subcultures
- The book Alt.Culture
- The book Bowling, beatniks, and bell-bottoms : pop culture of 20th-century America
- The book Consumer behavior : buying, having, and being

Now here's my question: Why do so many texts mention both Kurt and Sailor Moon? They must have a huge amount in common to be mentioned together in over 44 different texts, but why?
