Dals downgrade hourly rate

hello guys , can anyone help me out how i can downgrade the hour rate , i have been raised ticket , send email but no answer from their side , kindly your help guys !

to get more calls because the flow i have too weak

My flow was reduced after a raise, Spanish and Portuguese and you?

french and arabic , how you can raise it or reduce it dear !

Thats why we don't have increase in our pay for the last decades, it is because most interpreters downgrade their rate in order to receive more calls
