Estrogen implants

I have been reading about ways of HRT and got across implants, are there any doctor or clinic to get implant in Ireland or Europe?

They're not a thing here, there's very few countries where they are.

There were mumblings of a doctor in Germany doing them, but my doctor was unable to contact them, so it's a dead end. And even then, they're expensive as hell.
