Is there anyway I can make this more feminine I’m going to a Halloween party and i want to be a witch

i think wearing the skirt higher on your waist and adding a witchy necklace (or stack of necklaces)

It's already hyper feminine. If you want it to read witch, you need a broom prop or a hat.

That skirt should be worn higher, and accessorise if you can! A big stack of silver necklaces would do you so good. Also a bag - if you’re going witchy, maybe a largish drawstring bag. Personally I’d also find a long coat, ideally as long as the skirt. You’ve picked some excellent base pieces though, very nicely done!
