Good news for every German ToG fan:

Apparently the german publisher Papertoons plans to release Tower of God next year starting at the end of march.

The first volume will contain around 450 pages (maybe someone can estimate how many chapters that will be).

The set price will be 22€ and volume 2 is predicted to come around june/july.

This is incredible news not only because one of the most well known manhwa will finally come to us but it also opens the gate that the publishers will bring more long running series to Germany.

I'm really looking forward to the release it's a long time dream from me getting ToG here, maybe God of Highschool will come too.

Shilials best feat was to beat Hatz (kinda).
Sachi Fakers best feat was in HF where he created a big thorny vine. very solid AOE and his thorn can disable enemies from afar. He didnt have any significant fights other than Anna/Hoaqin (very little exposure of his skills tho)
Elaines best feat was to beat endorsi (very questionable but she still was able to)

Im curious if anyone has heard anything about when we are getting S4, maybe even S2 of Urek Mazino, or even at the very least S3 of the anime. I know S2 of the anime wasnt well received but all of us who are familiar with what is to come on S3 of the anime gotta hold out hope. There is no way, if handled right, that S3 of the anime adapting the Hell Train Arc wont be loved by everyone and really boost the ratings of the anime. We literally are on hiatus for the most juiciest stuff in regards to the anime and of course S4 of the Manwha. So basically im just curious if we got any typa update?

Ancients even when their body is destroyed continue to display their monstrous powers. At the current timeline they are heavily restricted.

One by their hosts. As said by Arkrinak, the ancient power depends on the hosts. Even if they somehow overcome this and get a powerful host, they will be restricted by guardians.

How powerful they were in the past that even when their body are destroyed, and now just a spirit remain yet the fear of their power is so strong that guardians will personally confront if they even try their half power.

Another display is even after they were extinguished, Jahad wasn't satisfied and he cursed the remaining ones. Why are ancients so feared? Interestingly we saw a FL go FP but not an ancient? Why is SIU gatekeeping their power?

About to end season 3 of tog .If I read urek mazino does it give any more lore to the actual story of the tower or is it basically filler until season 4?

Gustang was the one who created the Princess of Zahard system, and even though it might not seem like it, he's actually a doting father who declared war against Zahard because of what happened to his daughter. But what confuses me is why he let Enne become a Princess of Zahard in the first place. Like, letting your daughter compete to death for a chance to marry one of your old friend is kinda weird. And didn't Blossom oppose the idea of Enne becoming a Princess in the first place?

I have seen alot of people theorize about how

• Bam doesn't even exist and is a vessel for V
• Bam didn't exist but made his own consciousness and morals as he met rachel and time went on
• Garam jahad hesitating / telling bam just the partial truth about arlene being his mother again pointing at that bam is just a vessel

Many people believe that V will just end up taking over bam and the story narrative will just randomly change blinded by his own revenge he will just go and bam will become irrelevant to story, but i dont think my thoughts allign with that because:

• I honestly doubt that will ever happen and has 0 probability of happening V maybe a ancient entity of some sort on par with jahad and sure i will consider believing that bam was born for the sole purpose of resurrection of V but before any entity that has tried to take over bam has just been devoured by his "Gluttony", also KNOW that identity is built on experience not birth.
• "Well, what should I say? Someone like a mother? I have no idea What's for sure is that she had a crucial role in letting you into this tower" People are so obsessed with using this as a concrete backup for their vessel theory, however its completely null this statement could just mean that arlene never viewed bam as a son but just a tool to get revenge on jahad, she didnt even love bam in the first place but just loved the idea of destroying jahad.

Lets be very honest with ourselves If Baam simply rolls over and lets Vs soul take over his body he succumbs exactly to what the systems of the Tower want him to be a proxy weapon for the story to stick to its core premise bam will end up rejecting both jahads fate and his parents legacy to carve out his true identity and sure it will not be an easy task this time because its literally V one of my favourite chracters regardless of how less we have seen of him but still its just really stupid to think that V will prevail but ykw even if it doesnt go the way of V and bam fighting for their own coscious against eachother and V getting devoured by bams gluttony (which i believe will end up happening no matter what) it will probably go the way of V genuinely helping bam and mentoring him but just know the V completely taking over will never happen 😝.

I mean idk about everyone but ive noticed SIU loves world and character building just throwing away 600 chapters for a "father taking over his sons body for revenge and the actual mc just disappearing" isnt something he would do.

When looking at early lore from BP, Enryu was established as the very first Irregular to enter the tower during Jahad's reign. His feat of killing the Floor 43 guardian instantly placed him at Rank 1, a spot he held until Phantaminum invaded Jahad's castle and took the top spot.

However, looking at the webtoon timeline raises several huge questions.

We know from the spin off that UM met Garam back when she was still a regular climbing the tower. This meeting is a massive anchor point for the timeline. Garam was already a HR long before the Eurasia Anne Jahad incident, and it was only after Anne went mad and Garam fled that the Enryu event happened on Floor 43, prompting Gussy's silent rift with Jahad.

In S1, when Hansung mentions Phantaminum, he explicitly notes that after Phantaminum incident, Floor 2 started being strictly controlled and monitored for Irregulars. Why would Floor 2 tighten its security after Phantaminum's raid, but not after Enryu murdered a literal Guardian on Floor 43? If Enryu had entered first, an event that catastrophic should have immediately put the entire Empire on maximum lockdown.

Furthermore, when UM visits the FOD for the very first time in flashbacks, he is already wearing his signature Wolhaiksong tattoo and modern gear. This proves he was already a HR and that Wolhaiksong was already an established organization before he ever set foot on Floor 43 that became FOD.

There is also the deliberate connection between Phantaminum and UM in Season 1. Characters like Yuri Jahad and Yu Hansung frequently bring up Phantaminum and UM in the exact same breath, as if their arrivals were part of the same recent historical era.

This begs a major question: if Phantaminum was actually the first known Irregular to break into the Tower under Jahad's established rule, does that mean the old lore about Enryu being Rank 1 before Phantaminum came along has been quietly retconned?

If Phantaminum arrived first, he would have taken the Rank 1 spot immediately, meaning Enryu never held it to begin with. And with that can we say the whole list of top fifteen HRs is also retconned after all UM being an axis gives him an edge over Enryu. Traumerei and Edahn's performance, Adori being Arie, Baek having moon powers. These are some of the 15 whose lore were changed and there is also existence of SOs which makes me wonder if the whole list might get retconned.

There are two main issues with the family's standing after Traumerei's offing himself, and they're too big (chunk of them even on the imperial Jahad's army) to disappear. First issue is now Poe Bidau getting the "administrative head" on them, the other is Lobadon, which have no loyalty to either side, being the head of the military. For me the only reasonable outcome is Baam getting promoted as the family head. For Jahad I think Baam would be the best option between Gustang ("The Traitor") and Lobadon ("The Vermin"), as Traumerei told Baam he would see him as his equal "human being", and I think that was a statement from both Traumerei and Jahad.

As for Baam current status on the cliffhanger I think it doesn't deserve that much thought, its just another power boost arc. I bet he will "devour" V and thwart FUG's plans because they probably didn't consider he can "devour anything" (another White scenario). So what i'm more interested in is what happens next, if he's taking the position as the family head with the Lo Po Bia family, if Traumerei already knew he was losing and turned Baam into his heir, Baam's and Jahad's eventual deal and the emergence of the outer threats we were introduced on the Urek spin-off, like Pantaminum, Mago, the Purple Thryssa.. as well as the Arlen lore drop, and Baam's connection to the outer god and Enryu.

Okay, I have a theory. What if the attraction that some of the Princesses have toward Bam is, at least partially, influenced by the blood of Jahad within them?

We know that Jahad’s feelings toward Arlene were extremely obsessive. Even after everything that happened between them, he essentially became incapable of accepting anyone else in her place. If that aspect of Jahad’s personality or emotional nature is somehow encoded or inherited through his blood, then the Princess system could potentially carry more than just his power and physical traits. It could also carry certain psychological or instinctive tendencies.

What makes this interesting is how many Princesses who encounter Bam develop some unusual level of interest in him. And Bam isn't simply another Irregular. He is directly connected to the unresolved history between Jahad and Arlene, which could make his existence resonate with something buried within the Princesses themselves.

The really interesting part is that Bam’s effect on the Princesses doesn't seem entirely consistent with normal attraction. Some of their reactions toward him can feel unusually intense or disproportionate to how long they have known him.

So what if there is a biological or metaphysical component to it? Perhaps the Princesses aren't consciously attracted to Bam because of Jahad's blood, but something within them recognizes Bam as being connected to Arlene.

I'm not saying this is confirmed, but considering how Tower of God constantly ties inheritance, blood, souls, memories, and destiny together, I don't think the possibility should be dismissed.

The biggest question would be: if Jahad's blood can carry aspects of his power and characteristics, could it also carry remnants of his obsession with Arlene, causing the Princesses to instinctively gravitate toward the person who is connected to her?

And if that's the case, Bam's relationship with the Princesses might be far more complicated than simple romance.

I read Tower of God years ago, always loved and reread it a few times. However, recently after reading Urek's Spinoff I noticed they talked about Phantaminum as an irregular in the chapter where Yuri and Evan watch Baam. Has that always been there?
